Tá faltando um pouco mais de organização no atendimento e manutenção como rampa para cadeirantes,não tem na área que tem orrintologia. Como uma cadeira sobe no meio fio, nem tem como e nem tem ajudante. Só Deus. No mais gostei muito. Os profissionais da saúde são excelentes.
I really enjoyed the medical care. My first time with an elderly woman. It lacks a little more organization in the service and maintenance as a ramp for wheelchair users, there is not in the area that has orrhythology. As a chair climbs on the curb, there is no way and no helper. Only god. I liked it a lot. Health professionals are excellent.

Sempre fui bem atendida pelas médicas mais antigas. São muito humanas e isso ajuda no tratamento de nós pacientes.
Meu carinho para Dra.Yolanda da Gastro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem 5 anos que minha mãe espera a operação nos joelhos ,entre idas e vindas.
No final de 2021 finalmente achamos que o sofrimento dela iria amenizar operando um dos joelhos, levei minha mãe pra internação e saí de lá certa de que tudo estaria numa boa ,grande engano no dia seguinte depois de ja esta na maca a caminho do centro cirúrgico, minha mãe foi informada de que precisaria voltar pra casa ,pois não havia vaga na UTI.
Viemos embora e a cirurgia foi remarcada para hoje dia 10/2022 e mais uma vez depois de tudo resolvido minha mãe foi avisada que não seria operada novamente .
Só que hoje ela ela não aguentou e chorou muito , isso é desumano, cadê a responsabilidade com o paciente???? Estou indignados é muita falta de respeito

We left and the surgery was rescheduled for today on the 10/2022th and once again after everything was resolved my mother was warned that she would not be operated on again.
But today she couldn't stand it and cried a lot, this is inhumane, where's the responsibility with the patient???? I'm outraged it's a lot of disrespect

Minha neta tinha consulta marcada pra hoje 24 de janeiro de 2022, em Imunização, mas está passando muito mal. Não consegue ficar em pé, sem desmaiar. Já perdeu mais de dez quilos. Não tem mais o que vomitar. Só água. Há quase três meses não se alimenta. Comida de sal, nem pensar. Estou com muito medo de perdê-la. Está grávida, mas nunca vi uma grávida definhando assim. Está pálida e magra. Até o iogurte ela vomita. Dramim não adianta, nem outros remédios. Preciso remarcar a consulta urgente, sem certeza de que ela vai ficar forte para caminhar, por causa de outro problema de saúde. Por favor, dê esse recado no setor de Imunilologia. Dessensibilização à Penicilina. O nome dela é Pandora. Não consigo ligar e não posso deixá-la sozinha. Estou desconfiada, de que além de tudo, ela pegou COVID no hospital. Tomou 2 doses da vacina, antes de engravidar. Mas está muito debilitada. Estou muito agoniada.
