★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço tratamento no Dutra e não tenho do que me reclamar em relação a minha médica, porém eu sempre tive dificuldades pra fazer exames de sangue e imagem o que é necessário para fazer o tratamento corretamente e a falta dos exames me prejudica muito. Sou do interior de São Luís e já faz 2 meses q preciso fazer exames e entregar pra médica e não consigo, dizem q não tá fazendo nenhum dos que eu mostro e não tem nem previsão, isso é um absurdo. Infelizmente eu não posso arcar com todos eles e sempre preciso realizar os mesmos.
 I do treatment at Dutra and I have nothing to complain about in relation to my doctor, but I have always had difficulties to do blood and image tests, which is necessary to do the treatment correctly and the lack of tests hurts me a lot. I am from the interior of São Luís and it has been 2 months since I need to do exams and deliver it to the doctor and I can't, they say I'm not doing any of the ones I show and don't even have a forecast, this is absurd. Unfortunately I can't afford all of them and I always need to do the same.

Não é tarde pra ser grato às pessoas do bem.
Assim sou profundamente grata a todos que fizeram parte da nossa caminhada enquanto estavamos no Dultra.
Ainda com lagrimas nos olhos sou profundamente agradecida a Dr. Diogo Aboud que com muito empenho e dedicação fez tudo que era possivel por meu filho Jorge Carneiro não tenho palavras pra expressar minha enorme gratidão a vc e a Dr. Janini vcs foram pessoas guiadas por Deus num momento tão dificil a qual nunca penseique pudesse passar. Que Deus continui abençoando e guiando vcs pra que possam ajudar outras pessoas também.

Meu pai se encontra internado nesse hospital. Mais reclama todo dia do barulho. Pra ser um hospital deveria ser silencioso. Nem na minha cidade que é tão pequena o hospital é barulhento desse jeito. Só ainda não liguei pra polícia pra fazer uma reclamação por quê estou longe. Mais já tomei as devidas providências.
Terrible
My father is in this hospital. More complains every day about the noise. To be a hospital it should be silent. Not even in my town, which is so small, is the hospital that noisy. I just haven't called the police yet to file a complaint because I'm away. But I've already taken the necessary steps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sim, eu tenho reclamações, os funcionários da recepção principalmente um loirinho do pré-atendimento não treinado para o floxo de gente, (Chamado povão) portaria precisa de mais informações sobre área que exerce atendimento, às pessoas que vão até a unidade de saúde não é por quê acha bonito e sim preciso!
Tem uns médicos que vão trabalhar com seus problemas e acabam discontando nos pacientes, eu pedir ajudar para um ontem e fui tratada de um jeito ogro, ainda não fui para ouvidoria mas da próxima vez irei fazer uma chama nos direitos humanos!

There are some doctors who go to work with their problems and end up discounting patients, I asked for help for one yesterday and I was treated in an ogre way, I have not yet gone to the ombudsman's office but next time I will make a call for human rights!

Staff are poorly trained to serve the general public, this includes patients and customers, they are arrogant. The Internal Security Service is Truculent, there is no humane treatment.
