★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é horrível!! Nosso cão estava sangrando pela boca, procuramos a emergencia e um veterinario incompetente sequer olhou o animal... pediu a espera de 40 minutos e ainda foi sarcastico com nossa situação.
Mal humorado e sem nenhuma compaixão deixou o animal sofrendo fora do hospital e SEM ATENDIMENTO DE EMERGENCIA.
Tivemos que sair pela cidade às 22:00 procurando um lugar.
Uma vergonha pra categoria!!!!!
 The place is horrible!! Our dog was bleeding from the mouth, we looked for the emergency and an incompetent veterinarian didn't even look at the animal... he asked for a 40-minute wait and was still sarcastic about our situation.
Grumpy and without any compassion, he left the animal suffering outside the hospital and WITHOUT EMERGENCY CARE.
We had to go around town at 10:00 pm looking for a place.
A shame for the category!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A uns 4/5 anos atrás meu gatinho sofreu um acidente. Um carro bateu nele.(Sei que faz muito tempo,mas na época não tinha esse acesso ao review do Google).
Levei o meu gatinho a esse veterinário,onde colocaram ele internado e por uma semana ele não teve melhoras,cada dia mais o preço ia subindo e sem melhoras. Quando eu ia na hora da visita,conseguia ver que a ração que eles davam aos animais era de baixíssima qualidade. O meu gato vivia sedado. E a veterinária nunca me dava uma informação de melhora ou da situação. Se eu ligasse para perguntar eram pessoas grossas e sem profissionalismo nenhum. Sendo assim,ao que me lembro,ele ficou quase duas semanas nesse veterinário. E em uma tarde eu fui até lá, e entrei no escritório,e falei a ela que iria pegar o meu gato e levar a outro veterinário. Ao chegar à OUTRO veterinário,eles fizeram exame de sangue, analisaram absolutamente tudo e pra se ter noção, com o acidente,o carro tinha acertado a cabeça do meu gato,e a boca dele na parte de dentro estava com um corte enorme e cheio de pus,sendo que nas duas semanas anteriores que ele ficou no Hospital Veterinário de Atibaia ninguém me informou sobre esse problema. Voltei ao hospital veterinário de Atibaia,para falar que não iria pagar aquele absurdo que eles me cobraram, sendo que deixei dois cheques calção de mais de 600 cada um e eles não queriam me devolver. Pois não seria um problema pagar se o trabalho fosse bom. Eu disse que pagaria os medicamentos dados a ele durante o período que ele esteve lá, e que eu iria atrás dos meus direitos se eles não me devolvecem os cheques. Sendo que tenho advogados até os dentes e sei dos meus direitos.
No fim,consegui o meu cheque de volta,paguei pela medicação. Paguei o outro veterinário,que foram tão prestativos e meu gatinho saiu em 1 semana. Hoje,após todos esses anos, meu gato está maravilhoso e bem,graças ao segundo veterinário que levei e não a essa espelunca.

I took my kitten to this vet, where they put him in the hospital and for a week he didn't get any better, every day the price was going up and there was no improvement. When I went to visit, I could see that the feed they gave to the animals was of very low quality. My cat was always sedated. And the vet never gave me information about improvement or the situation. If I called to ask, they were thick, unprofessional people. So, as I recall, he spent almost two weeks at that vet. And one afternoon I went over there, and I went into the office, and I told her that I was going to get my cat and take it to another vet. Upon arriving at the OTHER veterinarian, they took a blood test, analyzed absolutely everything and to be aware, with the accident, the car had hit my cat's head, and his mouth on the inside was with a huge and full cut of pus, and in the previous two weeks he stayed at the Veterinary Hospital of Atibaia, nobody informed me about this problem. I returned to the veterinary hospital of Atibaia, to say that I would not pay that absurdity that they charged me, and I left two shorts checks of more than 600 each and they did not want to return it to me. It wouldn't be a problem to pay if the job was good. I said I would pay for the drugs given to him during the time he was there, and that I would go after my rights if they don't return the checks to me. Since I have lawyers to the teeth and I know my rights.
In the end, I got my check back, paid for the medication. I paid the other vet, who were so helpful and my kitten left in 1 week. Today, after all these years, my cat is wonderful and well, thanks to the second veterinarian I took and not to this joint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a pior experiência nessa clínica. Levei minha cachorrinha para cuidar da doença do carrapato e acabou adquirindo cinomose lá. Sei que foi lá porque foi o único lugar que eu a levei durante todo aquele período de sintomas, diagnóstico e tratamento da doença do carrapato e só teve contato com outros cães nessa clínica. Gastei o dinheiro que eu tinha e que eu não tinha para tentar salva-la, mas ela não resistiu. Só gastei dinheiro lá e ainda perdi minha cachorrinha ?.
I had the worst experience at this clinic. I took my little dog to take care of the tick disease and ended up getting distemper there. I know it was there because it was the only place I took her during that entire period of symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of tick disease and she only had contact with other dogs at that clinic. I spent the money I had that I didn't have to try to save her, but she couldn't resist. I just spent money there and I still lost my little dog ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha cachorra recebeu alta e fui buscar lá a noite , já achei estranho quando fui buscar lá pois ela veio na maca e retornando pra casa fez coco no carro e no outro dia ela começou agonizar e veio a óbito ? Dra Mariana que deu alta, péssimos profissionais! Não recomendo

Levei meu gato no domingo (por falta de opção, por não ser dia útil) eles deixaram ele internado, não me deram retorno para falar sobre o estado dele, e no dia seguinte fui ver como ele estava e pegar ele para levar em um veterinário confiável.
A veterinária de lá disse que ele não tinha nada, que os exames estavam todos normais e que possivelmente era alguma coisa psicológica do gato. Mesmo eles alegando que não era "Nada" me cobraram R$580,00.
Claro que por via de dúvidas levei na Veterinária que sempre levamos, e para resumir, meu gato que eles falaram que não tinha "NADA" está com Leucemia Felina, Água no Pulmão e Cistos na região da Barriga.
Se deixo ele por conta desse bando de capitalista despreparados, meu gato uma hora desses estaria morto.
Péssimo, ZERO ESTRELAS.
PS. Não é minha primeira experiência péssima com eles, eles tem sorte de Atibaia não ter opção boa que atenda 24h.
Terrible service, absurd values and terrible communication!
I took my cat on Sunday (due to lack of option, as it was not a working day) they left him hospitalized, they did not give me a return to talk about his condition, and the next day I went to see how he was and to take him to a vet reliable.
The vet there said he had nothing, that the exams were all normal and that it was possibly something psychological in the cat. Even though they claimed it wasn't "Nothing" they charged me R$580.00.
Of course, just in case I took it to the Veterinary that we always take, and to sum up, my cat that they said had "NOTHING" has Feline Leukemia, Water in the Lungs and Cysts in the Belly region.
If I leave him to this bunch of unprepared capitalists, my cat would be dead one of these hours.
Terrible, ZERO STARS.
PS. It's not my first bad experience with them, they're lucky that Atibaia doesn't have a good option that works 24/7.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem entendida no local, embora a primeira recepcionista tenha sido bem mais simpática do que a segunda...
Levei minha gata que, aparentemente, tinha comido algum inseto e poderia estar intoxicada. A médica foi bastante atenciosa e muito carinhosa com a gatinha. Foi colhido exame de sangue e observei a gata em casa mesmo.
No dia seguinte, voltei para o retorno. Lei de Murphy: local lotado e uma emergência. Embora tenha demorado mais que 1h30 para o atendimento por causa desta emergência, a médica, que não era a mesma do dia anterior, também foi bastante solícita, atenciosa e bem gateira, enchendo de carinho a minha gatinha. Recomendou refazer o perfil renal da Benê, em face da alteração de ureia no exame de sangue.
Em relação a preço, a consulta é R$140. Para um caso de emergência, realmente, valeu o custo-benefício, porque outras clínicas estão fechadas em feriados e domingos.

Although it took more than 1h30 for the service because of this emergency, the doctor, who was not the same as the day before, was also very helpful, attentive and very friendly, filling my kitten with affection. He recommended redoing Benê's renal profile, given the change in urea in the blood test.
Regarding the price, the consultation is R$140. For an emergency case, it was really cost-effective, because other clinics are closed on holidays and Sundays.
