Fraga maia, eu com uma emergência, liguei antes pra saber se tava funcionando, fechei na porta da cevet, tocando o interfone insistentemente, sem aparecer ninguém e ouvindo pelo interfone pessoas conversando lá dentro, até que eu comecei a bater na porta de vidro, morrendo de medo quase meia noite, apareceu um enfermeiro, que ainda me deu sistema quando eu reclamei do interfone, que provavelmente tiraram do guancho para não serem incomodados. Tnc, detesto essa clínica e cada dia que passa, mais ainda, só fui lá, pq era o único ligar funcionando próximo, mas, deveria ter ido pra animalmed.

Tnc, I hate this clinic and every day that passes, even more, I just went there, because it was the only one working nearby, but I should have gone to animalmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe maravilhosa, atenderam muito bem a minha gatinha, tiveram todos os cuidados. Quando minha gata entrou em cirurgia, eles ligaram pra avisar, e quando terminou, eles ligaram pra falar que ocorreu tudo bem... No decorrer da noite me enviaram um boletim médico detalhando como estava minha bebê, simplesmente amei! ❤️
Wonderful team, they took care of my kitten very well, they were all taken care of. When my cat went into surgery, they called to let me know, and when it was over, they called to say that everything went well... During the night they sent me a medical report detailing how my baby was doing, I just loved it! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo a vida do Harry ( meu gato filhote ) a esse hospital e essa equipe incrível. Com 14 dias de parida minha gata foi envenenada e faleceu a caminho do veterinário , foi uma perda terrível , só que ela deixou cmg 4 filhotes, uma infelizmente não resistiu e foi mais uma perda terrível, uma sensação de impotência... , percebi ela molinha , levei ela no Cevet 24h ,mas ela faleceu no carro mesmo, chorei horrores na clínica quando a veterinária me disse que ela já deu entrada sem vida , pois já era a segunda que partia de uma forma tão cruel , fiquei inconformada e a veterinária me abraçou tanto , me senti tão acolhida por ela e por outro funcionário de lá ... Daí ao completar um mês e alguns dias Harry adoeceu, pois tmb precisava do leite da mãe. O leite que eu estava oferecendo a eles acabou fazendo mal ao estômago , Ele parou completamente de se alimentar , nas suas fezes saia muito sangue . Levei ele ao Cevet 24 h , mais uma vez fui super bem atendida e acolhida , por um rapaz que se eu não me engano se chama Luiz , lá pesaram ele , tudo direitinho e ele estava com apenas 0,4 gramas , muito abaixo do peso . Ele já estava com uma aparência feia de doente , ele ficou internado lá , tomou todos os remédios que a Dr Luiza e Dr Bruna passaram pra casa e sobreviveu . Hoje ele está com 3 meses de vida, com muita saúde . Harry é a herança que minha gata Merry deixou ❤️ ele é muito importante pra mim e agradeço a Deus e a Cevet pela vida dele . Sem duvidas a melhor clínica de Feira de Santana !

I owe the life of Harry (my kitten cat) to this hospital and this amazing team. With 14 days of delivery my cat was poisoned and died on the way to the vet, it was a terrible loss, but she left 4 cubs, one unfortunately could not resist and it was another terrible loss, a feeling of helplessness ..., she realized I took her to the Cevet 24h, but she died in the car, I cried horrors at the clinic when the vet told me that she had already entered without life, because it was the second that left so cruel, I was displeased and the vet hugged me so much, I felt so welcomed by her and another employee there ... Then at the end of a month and a few days Harry got sick, because also needed the mother's milk. The milk that I was offering them ended up hurting my stomach, He stopped completely feeding, in his stool a lot of blood came out. I took him to Cevet 24 hours, once again I was very well attended and welcomed by a boy who if I'm not mistaken is called Luiz, there he weighed, all right and he was only 0.4 grams, very underweight . He was already looking ugly sick, he was hospitalized there, took all the medicines that Dr Luiza and Dr Bruna passed home and survived. Today he is 3 months old, very healthy. Harry is the inheritance my cat Merry left deixou he is very important to me and I thank God and Cevet for his life. Without doubt the best clinic of Feira de Santana!

✓DEMORA NO ATENDIMENTO E RECEPÇÃO. Minha primeira experiência neste Hospital foi péssima e traumática. Eu e meu pet passamos o período de 3h e tanto aguardando na recepção alguma medicação pra minha pet que sentia dor e inflamação aguda e realização de exames. Pagamos um valor de serviço veterinário e não foi aplicado nenhum medicamento antiinflamatório e analgésico,nem mesmo para realizar o exame. Meu pet "chorava" de dor na realização dos exames na região inflamada. Apliquei medicamento mesmo em casa, 4h após buscar serviço veterinário.
✓A GERÊNCIA DESTE HOSPITAL NÃO BUSCA SATISFAÇÃO DO CLIENTE. E sob um argumento script, aponta para as palavras do cliente segundo o ocorrido para uma discreta ameaça judicial.
✓NÃO HA ABRANGÊNCIA E/OU DIVERSIDADE DE MEDICAMENTOS DISPONÍVEL NA PRATELEIRA PARA TRATAMENTO DE PATOLOGIAS E OS CASOS CLÍNICOS. Não havia disponível para compra um simples analgésico.
✓SERVIÇO COBRADO COM CAUÇÃO, OU SEJA, ANTECIPADAMENTE, ANTES DA REALIZAÇÃO DE PROCEDIMENTOS.
Este abuso, segundo o código do consumidor ocorreu no meu caso. Realizaram uma triagem clínica e antes de qualquer procedimento me cobraram valor total do serviço.
✓SUGESTÃO DE INTERNAMENTO DESNECESSÁRIO
Sugerem internamento dos pets sem gravidade clínica de urgência. Como ocorreu segundo relatos na recepção, de conhecidos e amigos, em que o pet apresentava quadro fora de gravidade clínica.
~ Elogio sim para os Assistentes Vet de plantão, que tratam bem os bebês, e a parede de pintura artística. São pontos positivos.

✓ DELAY IN SERVICE AND RECEPTION. My first experience in this hospital was terrible and traumatic. My pet and I spent the period of 3 hours or so waiting at the reception for some medication for my pet who was feeling pain and acute inflammation and performing tests. We paid a veterinary service fee and no anti-inflammatory and analgesic medication was applied, not even to perform the exam. My pet "cryed" in pain during the exams in the inflamed region. I applied medication even at home, 4 hours after seeking veterinary service.
✓THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS HOSPITAL DOES NOT SEEK CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. And under a scripted argument, it points to the client's words as it happened for a discreet legal threat.
✓THERE IS NO SCOPE AND/OR DIVERSITY OF MEDICATION AVAILABLE ON THE SHELF FOR TREATMENT OF PATHOLOGIES AND CLINICAL CASES. A simple pain reliever was not available for purchase.
✓SERVICE CHARGED WITH SECURITY, IE, IN ADVANCE, BEFORE CARRYING OUT PROCEDURES.
This abuse, according to the consumer code, occurred in my case. They performed a clinical screening and before any procedure they charged me the full amount of the service.
✓SUGGESTION OF UNNECESSARY HOSPITALIZATION
They suggest hospitalization of pets without clinical urgency severity. As was the case according to reports at the reception, from acquaintances and friends, in which the pet had a condition that was not clinically serious.
~ Compliments yes to the Vet Assistants on duty, who treat babies well, and the artistic painting wall. These are positives.
