★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei com meu cão vomitando. Me disseram que o valor da consulta sem agrndamento é 100, contudo quando liguei falaram 50 e não comentaram nada de ser 100. Quando questionei a recepção fui tratada com desdém como se eu estivesse errada. Quando achei que ia passar no médico disseram que alguém iria avaliar antes da consulta pra ver se eles iriam atender mesmo. Aí eu pergunto: pra que poe nome de hospital se não atende demanda de pronto socorro? Pelo histórico aqui ficarei sem resposta porque só respondem elogios. Lixo, não vá nesse serviço. Não daria nenhuma estrela
 I arrived with my dog vomiting. They told me that the value of the consultation without agrndamento is 100, however when I called they said 50 and they didn't comment anything about being 100. When I questioned the reception I was treated with disdain as if I was wrong. When I thought I would go to the doctor, they said that someone would evaluate before the appointment to see if they would really attend. Then I ask: why do you name a hospital if it doesn't meet the emergency room demand? For the history here I will be unanswered because they only respond to praise. Garbage, don't go to that service. I wouldn't give any stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha cadelinha faleceu. Dia 6.10.21 ela chegou em casa depois de fazer o raio x e a consulta já sem andar e ficou deitada na caminha dela a língua dela foi ficando branca é enrolou e morreu em meus braços, só pra deixar isso registrado. Fiz exames e exames e Não acertaram no diagnóstico.
SAUDADES ETERNAS LINDINHA !
My little dog passed away. Day 6.10.21 she arrived home after having the x-ray and the consultation, she was no longer walking and lay on her bed, her tongue was turning white and it rolled up and she died in my arms, just to make it registered. I did exams and exams and they didn't get the diagnosis right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu gatinho para fazer consulta e acompanhamento do caso, e além de ser super rápido, muito muito bem atendida, Danilo teve toda a atenção no seu atendimento, me senti muito segura de manter o tratamento dele lá.
I took my kitten for consultation and follow-up on the case, and in addition to being super fast, very well attended, Danilo had all the attention in his care, I felt very safe in keeping his treatment there.
