★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Hospital Vitória sem dúvidas é um Hospital q precisa ser melhor aproveitado. Bem estruturado. Mas infelizmente os médicos q lá atendem, não cumprem com os horários. É hábito dos mesmos deixar os clientes esperando muito! E não dispomos de um administrador para reclamar, apenas as atendentes q em nada podem ajudar.
Hospital Vitória is without doubt a Hospital that needs to be better taken advantage of. Well structured. But unfortunately the doctors that attend there, do not comply with the schedules. It is their habit to leave customers waiting a lot! And we do not have an administrator to complain, only the attendants who can not help at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sei q ninguém é perfeito, porem o hospital vitória em Timon deixou a deseja nesta manha de quarta-feira dia 04/01/16, minha esposa e eu fomos fazer exame de sangue no nosso filho de 1 ano e 9 meses chegamos 20 minutos antes do exame ou seja, fomos o segundo a chegar. Ate a hora da senha foi correta depois dai a moça do atendimento pulou 5 pessoas na nossa frente e isso ja era 7:38 da manhã. Sem pensar q o exame começaria 7hs. A moça que retira o sangue foi tomar cafe 7:17 da manhã onde ela tinha q tomar era em casa, fui me dirigir a ela e fez pouco caso tanto ela com a atendente. A reclamaçao é porque meu filho ja estava impaciente com fome e sede e precisava fazer o exame porq se fosse no horario combinado concerteza daria certo.

The girl who draws the blood went to have breakfast at 7:17 in the morning where she had to take it was at home, I went to her and ignored her and the attendant. The complaint is because my son was already impatient hungry and thirsty and needed to take the exam because if it was at the agreed time surely it would work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hospital deixa a desejar na questão do atendimento já na recepção, pois fiz consulta com uma médica, que me passou exames, então fiz os exames passados pela doutora, mas meu retorno foi adiado, e adiado novamente o que me fez perder o direito ao retorno com 30 dias, então foi remarcada como consulta pq tive que pagar novamente e minha reclamação é justamente o fato de terem adiado várias vezes meu retorno e que a atendente não me informou que da última vez que remarcou meu retorno eu teria perdido o direito ao retorno pq tinha extrapolado os 30 dias. Fora que o atendimento é lento, não sabem informar nada com precisão, pois em outro momento liguei para agendar uma consulta, a atendente disse que nao precisava de agendamento, que era só chegar com antecedência, mas o que ocorreu foi que quando cheguei para a consulta no hospital, fui informada que o médico não se encontrava pois nao havia nenhuma consulta agendada , sendo que eu me antecipei mas não obtive sucesso. Então fica reclamações, atendimento muito lento, falta de responsabilidade e respeito com os pacientes.

So there are complaints, very slow service, lack of responsibility and respect for patients.

Só deixa a desejar um pouco algumas coisas que não realizam mais no Vitória, a pessoa tem que se locomover pra med imagem. Porém, é algo compreensivo, por conta da pandemia.
