★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei decepcionado, pois, comprei um produto na parte da manhã, não cheguei a tirar o produto da embalagem, e à tarde voltei para trocar por um outro produto, de valor superior onde iria pagar a diferença, e simplesmente falaram que não fazem troca alegando a pandemia. Considero uma falta de consideração com o consumidor.
I was disappointed, because I bought a product in the morning, I never got the product out of the packaging, and in the afternoon I went back to exchange for another product, of higher value where I would pay the difference, and they simply said that they do not make an exchange claiming the pandemic. I consider a lack of consideration for the consumer.

Depois fui trocar, ela trocou por um aparelho que deveria medir glicose e insulina, mas quando cheguei em casa vi que mede apenas a glicose. Infelizmente não dá pra confiar no que elas falam. TENHAM MUITA ATENÇÃO NA HORA DE COMPRAR. LEIAM AS EMBALAGENS E PESQUISEM ANTES DE IR LÁ. ESTÃO VENDENDO PRODUTOS DE SAÚDE SEM A MENOR RESPONSABILIDADE.
