Pleasant place, in the city center, three bedrooms, cozy, for small groups, without disturbance. The owner is very attentive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da boa localização, o lugar é precário, não tem recepção, as informações não são bem passadas e a dona não faz questão de tratar bem ps hóspedes. Quartos cheios de teia de aranhas, não tem maçaneta nas portas dos quartos, chão de madeira velha que mais parece que vai cair. Na mesma rua tem hospedarias boas e limpas por apenas 5 ou 10 reais a mais.
Despite the good location, the place is precarious, has no reception, information is not well passed and the owner does not care to treat guests well. Rooms full of spider web, there is no door handle in the rooms, old wooden floor that looks more like it will fall. In the same street you have good and clean hostels for only 5 or 10 reais more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos reserva no hostel para o festival de forró, pagando a metade do valor das diárias para quarto suite casal, e a proprietária não nos informou que o Hostel estava cheio. Ao chegar lá ela nos disse que nosso quarto era numa "extensão" do hostel, que na verdade era uma casa alugada muito longe do local, muito longe mesmo, já perto da BR, a casa era muito ruim, empoeirada e fedorenta, meu namorado teve crises de alergia terríveis por causa da poeira. Enfim, foi uma péssima experiência. Isso poderia ter sido evitado se ela tivesse dito que o hostel estava lotado e dado o endereço correto da "extensão". Sabendo disso obviamente não iríamos. Ela usou de má fé nesse atendimento.
We made reservation at the hostel for the festival of forró, paying half the amount of the nights for a double suite, and the owner did not inform us that the Hostel was full. On arriving there she told us that our room was in an "extension" of the hostel, which was actually a rented house very far from the place, very far away even, near the BR, the house was very poor, dusty and smelly, my boyfriend had terrible allergy crises because of the dust. Anyway, it was a terrible experience. This could have been avoided if she had said that the hostel was crowded and given the correct address of the "extension". Knowing this obviously we would not go. She used the bad faith in that service.

Falta limpeza (tiveram poucos dias em que o banheiro e cozinha estavam limpos, depois ficou bem caótico), recepção não existe, as tuas coisas ficam no hostel e não tem nenhuma segurança (um armárik com cadeado, por exemplo). Trato com hóspedes: extremamente ruim, principalmente se for prá te guiar. Isabel nem deveria ser chamada de guia: pessoa extremamente grosseira ameaçou nos abandonar ao longo do Paty, foi horrível. Tô sendo bem suave aqui nos comentários, porque a coisa foi completamente absurda.Não dou nenhuma estrela e não volto nunca mais. É barato, mas ser barato não justifica ser ruim. Tem vários outros lugares baratos em Mucugê tbm que vc pode ficar e que compensam muito mais. Mucugê é uma cidade pequena, tudo ali é central.
Would not recommend. There is no cleaning (there were a few days when the bathroom and kitchen were clean, then it was very chaotic), reception does not exist, your stuff stays in the hostel and has no security (a lockable locker, for example). Guest treatment: extremely bad, especially if it is to guide you. Isabel should not even be called a guide: extremely rude person threatened to abandon us along Paty, it was horrible. I'm being very soft here in the comments, because the thing was completely absurd. I do not give any stars and I will never come back. It's cheap, but being cheap does not justify being bad. There are several other cheap places in Mucugê that you can stay in and that make up for a lot more. Mucugê is a small town, everything there is central.
