★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hostel barato, localizado em Santana, um dos melhores bairros de São Paulo, gerenciado por Karla, uma mulher guerreira, empreendedora e simpática.
A hospedagem tem quartos compartilhados e individuais confortáveis, sem contar a localização (perto do metrô, ônibus, farmácias, supermercados, restaurantes, etc.) Aliás, o hostel também fica perto do antigo Carandiru e do Campo de Marte.
Sobre a dona, ela é batalhadora e tem como seu escudeiro o cãozinho Billy, mascote do Hostel Santana.
 Cheap hostel, located in Santana, one of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, managed by Karla, a warrior, enterprising and friendly woman.
The accommodation has comfortable shared and single rooms, not to mention the location (near the subway, bus, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.) By the way, the hostel is also close to the old Carandiru and Campo de Marte.
About the owner, she is a fighter and has as her squire the little dog Billy, mascot of Hostel Santana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ À Carla dona do Hostel é super gente boa! Está sempre disposta a ajudar. A localização é excelente, a 2 minutos do metrô. Tem um restaurante popular ao lado, que serve 3 refeições por dia, por apenas 1 real. E a comida é boa. E o ambiente é super sossegado, enfim fiquem no Hostel Santana, que vale à pena.
Carla, owner of the Hostel, is super good people! She is always willing to help. The location is excellent, 2 minutes from the subway. It has a popular restaurant next door, serving 3 meals a day for just 1 Real. And the food is good. And the environment is super quiet, stay at Hostel Santana, it's worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservé una noche por booking y cuando llegué me dijeron que habia reservado en el cuarto de chicas asi que me iban a mandar a otra casa donde habia cama disponible. Asi que fuimos. Como a dos cuadras... el lugar era muy tetrico. Con gentes con salud mental dudosa. No conseguí dormir nada y salí a primera hora porque tuve miedo de mi seguridad. La casa no tenia recepcion mi nada. Solo cuartos, camas y gentes que viven ahi fijo.
I booked one night through booking and when I arrived they told me that I had booked in the girls' room so they were going to send me to another house where there was an available bed. So we went. About two blocks away... the place was very gloomy. With people with questionable mental health. I didn't get any sleep and left first thing in the morning because I was afraid for my safety. The house had no reception, nothing. Only rooms, beds and people who live there permanently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima logo na chegada a decepção misturada com medo e raiva fui super mal tratado no interfone mesmo por Karla proprietária ou funcionária não sei mas sendo ambas deveria pelo menos ter sido humana e não ter me deixado na rua por ela estar deitada e não iria receber por isso me senti muito mal pois ela não teve a decência de ao menos levantar pra me atender.
Terrible right on arrival the disappointment mixed with fear and anger I was treated very badly on the intercom even by Karla the owner or employee I don't know but being both, she should at least have been human and not have left me on the street because she was lying down and would not receive for I felt really bad because she didn't have the decency to at least get up to meet me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospedagem estratégica: baixo custo, excelente localização e a Karla, a gestora, esteve sempre disposta a flexibilizar os serviços prestados, horários e etc., o local é simples, modesto, porém é ótimo para quem estiver querendo economizar e guardar bastante $$$$ por um tempo.
Problemas: a gestão peca um pouco quanto à higiene e precisa filtrar melhor aqueles que se hospedam.
Strategic accommodation: low cost, excellent location and Karla, the manager, was always willing to make the services provided, schedules, etc., the place is simple, modest, but it is great for those who want to save money and save a lot of $$$ $ for a while.
Problems: management is a little lacking in terms of hygiene and needs to better filter those who stay.

Of the hundreds of budget-hostels I have stayed in this was the only one I have ever left from in a haste! I could have overlooked the mold all over the walls, peeling paint and things being in bad shape but the fact that after lying down on the mattress I noticed the whole room was CRAWLING WITH BEDBUGS was too much! Nobody manages to overlook an infestation of that size! Still the "caretaker" pretended he had never seen one before.
The whole place reeks of not giving a damn. Avoid at all costs!
