Bad hosting, I've used several and this is the worst. Support is poor and directories are a mess, plus the need for a lot of manual settings, which competitors offer all automatic.

â â â â â JĂĄ trabalhei com vĂĄrias empresas de hospedagem, mas essa Ă© a primeira empresa de hospedagem que eu vejo que tem tantos problemas com quedas constantes no servidor, e o mais engraçado que nĂŁo atendem a chamados em tempo hĂĄbil e o suporte que nesse caso deveria ser 24 horas por dia, sĂł funciona e QUANDO FUNCIONA em horĂĄrio comercial.
DECEPCIONANTE. Estou a meros 4 dias tentanto finalizar uma simples construção de um simples site, e dessas 96 horas passei 80 só esperando o servidor responder.
I've worked with several hosting companies, but this is the first hosting company I see that has so many problems with constant server crashes, and the funniest thing is that they don't answer calls in a timely manner and the support that in this case should be 24 hours a day, it only works and WHEN IT WORKS during business hours.
DISAPPOINTING. I'm a mere 4 days trying to finish a simple construction of a simple website, and of those 96 hours I spent 80 just waiting for the server to respond.

â â â â â Serviço de baixa qualidade nĂŁo entrega os requisitos minuĂmos necessĂĄrio para trabalho e garantir o site... nĂŁo compensa pĂ©ssimo serviço e atendimento, ficar sempre mando email de recursos Memoria forçando agente comprar novo pacote. Nunca o problemas e deles sempre Ă© do cliente. Pois trabalho com TI mais de 12 anos Ă© tenho conhecimento mĂnimo para questionar as falhas que ocorrem do lado da hospedem deles... infelizmente contratei 1 anos de serviço!
Low quality service doesn't deliver the minimum requirements necessary to work and guarantee the site... it doesn't make up for bad service and service, keep always sending email from Memoria resources forcing agent to buy new package. It's never the problem and theirs is always the customer's. Because I work with IT for more than 12 years and I have minimal knowledge to question the failures that occur on their host side... unfortunately I hired 1 year of service!

No começo a Hostnet tinha um atendimento excelente, porém com o passar do tempo, com a entrada de muitos novos clientes e franqueados, o atendimento ficou péssimo e o desempenho dos sites caiu drasticamente. Vão dizer que depende de vårios e vårios fatores, mas o fato é que segui todas as orientaçÔes do suporte e do Ramiro (um dos donos, e super profissional) para otimizar o site ao måximo. Além disso, o nosso site é UMA pågina praticamente!
A sacanagem maior foi o tratamento que temos recebido do Sr. KauĂȘ Linden, um dos donos da Hostnet, que nĂŁo permite questionamentos mais sĂ©rios, e bloqueou meus comentĂĄrios de rĂ©plica no Facebook - que ele diz que nĂŁo serve para dar atendimento, mas sempre o faz por ali. AlĂ©m disso me excluiu do seu grupo de Facebook (Wordpress Hostnet), por questionĂĄ-lo sobre o pĂ©ssimo atendimento da Hostnet, e por reclamar de ter bloqueado meus comentĂĄrios.
Bloqueando e excluindo posts e comentårios de pessoas do grupo que reclamaram da Hostnet, ele tem sido um covarde, usando medidas completamente desproporcionais. Por isso reafirmo que ele foi desleal, parcial e antiético com os clientes.
O problema que venho enfrentando agora Ă© o da CDN, que parou de funcionar do nada. Eles me disseram que seria resolvido em alguns dias, e ontem (3 dias depois) me ligaram informando que o problema havia sido resolvido. Hoje fui verificar, e estava lĂĄ o problema na CDN de novo!
Um dos Ășnicos do suporte que me tratou como um verdadeiro cliente, foi o Sr. Iuri, mas o dono da empresa preferiu me enterrar junto com os problemas que a plataforma dele tem que resolver.
Todos esses dias o site com problema, e ao invĂ©s de uma reparação, o que recebemos do sr. KauĂȘ foi uma total falta de respeito, atitude arrogante e bloqueio de comentĂĄrios e exclusĂŁo do seu grupo de Facebook.

In the beginning, Hostnet had an excellent service, but as time went by, with the entry of many new customers and franchisees, the service was terrible and the performance of the sites dropped drastically. They will say that it depends on several and many factors, but the fact is that I followed all the support and Ramiro's (one of the owners, and super professional) guidelines to optimize the site to the maximum. Also, our site is practically ONE page!
The biggest dirty thing was the treatment we've received from Mr. KauĂȘ Linden, one of the owners of Hostnet, who doesn't allow more serious questions, and blocked my reply comments on Facebook - which he says is not useful to provide assistance, but always the does over there. In addition, he excluded me from his Facebook group (Wordpress Hostnet), for questioning him about Hostnet's poor service, and for complaining about blocking my comments.
By blocking and deleting posts and comments from people in the group who complained about Hostnet, he has been a coward, using completely disproportionate measures. So I reaffirm that he was disloyal, biased and unethical with customers.
The problem I'm facing now is the CDN, which stopped working all of a sudden. They told me it would be resolved in a few days, and yesterday (3 days later) they called me saying the issue had been resolved. Today I went to check, and there was the CDN problem again!
One of the only ones in support who treated me like a real customer was Mr. Yuri, but the owner of the company preferred to bury me along with the problems that his platform has to solve.
Every day the website with a problem, and instead of a repair, what we get from mr. KauĂȘ was a total lack of respect, arrogant attitude and blocking comments and exclusion from his Facebook group.

Para um sitema que Ă© online, ficar 48h off Ă© inadmissĂvel, e ainda nĂŁo resolveram meu problema.
Terrible, slow support and no response.
For a system that is online, being off for 48 hours is inadmissible, and they still haven't solved my problem.

â â â â â Totalmente insatisfeita com atendimento. Tudo via email, ja cancelei plano 2x e ainda estĂŁo cobrando fatura! Toda vez que cancela enviam "x" emails para tentar nao cancelar e nunca fecham o chamado... bricadeiraaaa
Totally dissatisfied with service. All via email, I already canceled the plan 2x and they are still charging the invoice! Every time you cancel, they send "x" emails to try not to cancel and they never close the call...
