★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sei que o slogan fala que são 28 anos de tradição, mas sinceramente... Me decepcionei! A unidade do Monaci localizada no bairro de água fria é muito ruim. O local fede a azedo, o cachorro quente vem com gosto de tomate velho (e olhe que fui duas vezes (umas delas não comi, mas quem tava comigo também reclamou). Falta gerenciamento e organização do local. Eu não volto mais.
 I know the slogan says it's 28 years of tradition, but honestly ... I was disappointed! The Monaci unit located in the cold water neighborhood is very bad. The place stinks sour, the hot dog comes with the taste of old tomatoes (and look I went twice (some of them I didn't eat, but who was with me also complained). The management and organization of the place is lacking.

Pedi um X sem ovo,veio com ovo,sem falar na demora do pedido e a batata-frita que veio crua.
Não indico pra ninguém,perderam menos um cliente.
I ordered an X all without salad, it came with salad.
I ordered an X without egg, it came with egg, not to mention the delay in the order and the French fries that came raw.
I don't recommend it to anyone, they lost one less customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima . 1 vez que pedi veio com a carne fedendo a azedo e veio literalmente todo bagunçado o cachorro quente . O pão partido ao meio , carne fora e etc . Segunda vez que peço e novamente veio com esse msm problema é ainda por cima não mandaram minha maionese . Sinto muito mais foram melhores agora tá péssimo o serviço.
Terrible. 1 time I ordered it came with the meat stinking of tart and the hot dog was literally messed up . Bread broken in half , meat outside and so on . Second time I ask and again came up with this problem and on top of that they didn't send my mayonnaise. I'm sorry but they were better now the service is terrible.
