★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi no Ifood, não entregaram, deu o horário reclamei e me disseram que estava chegando,com mais de meia hora de atraso eles cancelaram, não comi e nem me deram satisfação nenhuma, fora que agora demora até 60 dias pra devolver o valor na fatura, na hora cobrar é fácil ,??♂️??♂️

I ordered at Ifood, they didn't deliver, gave the time, I complained and they told me it was arriving, with more than half an hour late they canceled it, I didn't eat and didn't give me any satisfaction, besides that it now takes up to 60 days to return the amount on the invoice , when charging is easy ,??♂️??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi 2 hot dogs, pagamos 20 reais e quando recebemos foi a surpresa mais desagradável, pão seco, praticamente sem recheio, um pingo de maionese, tivemos que usar a nossa de casa, um pingo de purê e catchup, enfim, um absurdo, ainda ao mandar mensagem foram totalmente irônicos e não fizeram questão nenhuma de solucionar o problema!!!
I ordered 2 hot dogs, we paid 20 reais and when we received it was the most unpleasant surprise, dry bread, practically without filling, a drop of mayonnaise, we had to use ours at home, a drop of puree and ketchup, in short, absurd, still when sending messages they were totally ironic and didn’t insist on solving the problem !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Éramos clientes desde 2020, porém semana passada pedimos, veio péssimo e diferente do que havíamos pedido. Ontem pedimos novamente e mais uma vez veio diferente do pedido. Além disso a entrega foi com uma hora de atraso, e mesmo questionando a entrega a desculpa foi diferente da que o motoqueiro justificou, enfim péssimo. Entramos em contato para reclamar e nada foi feito, e mesmo tendo solicitado a troca do lanche simplesmente fomos ignorados. Já foi bom. Agora não recomendo jamais.
We have been customers since 2020, but last week we asked, it came bad and different from what we had asked for. Yesterday we ordered again and again it came different from the order. In addition, the delivery was an hour late, and even questioning the delivery, the excuse was different from what the biker justified, in short, terrible.
