Desculpe, eu não tinha conseguido avaliar na página de Jundiaí, por isso avaliei na de Caieiras. A avaliação serve para isso, para dar retorno se o produto nos agradou ou não, eu sempre avalio os lugares que vou, com críticas ou elogios.
Sal e pimenta é tempero padrão, o hambúrguer tem que ter sabor, e caprichar nos ingredientes do lanche.
Quem escolhe o ponto da carne é o cliente.
Não foi só eu que o lanche e as batatas não agradou.
Trocar o lanche é obrigação de todo restaurante, o cliente está pagando, tem que ser do agrado dele. Eu sei que não gostam de críticas, mas é para o bem, para a melhoria do comércio.

Sorry, I couldn't rate it on the Jundiaí page, that's why I rated it on Caieiras. The evaluation is for that, to give feedback on whether the product pleased us or not, I always evaluate the places I go, with criticism or praise.
Salt and pepper is the standard seasoning, the hamburger must have flavor, and perfect the ingredients for the snack.
Who chooses the point of meat is the customer.
It wasn't just me that the snack and the potatoes didn't go well.
Changing snacks is every restaurant's obligation, the customer is paying, it has to be to his liking. I know you don't like criticism, but it's for the good, for the betterment of trade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fui ao Hot Tasty de Jundiaí para provar os lanches, foi uma pura decepção.. não tem nada haver com as fotos do instagram (que me chamou atenção e curiosidade para experimentar).
O hambúrguer não tem tempero algum e muito seco, colocaram uma miséria de cheddar no meu lanche..
As batatas vieram queimadas.
O ponto do hambúrguer veio mal passado, sendo que todo restaurante tem que perguntar ao cliente qual a sua preferência, e no caso não perguntaram.. Espero que melhorem, pois estão perdendo clientes.
Yesterday I went to the Hot Tasty in Jundiaí to taste the snacks, it was a pure disappointment... it has nothing to do with the Instagram photos (which caught my attention and curiosity to try).
The hamburger doesn't have any seasoning and it's very dry, they put a misery of cheddar in my snack...
The potatoes came burnt.
The point of the hamburger was rare, since every restaurant has to ask the customer what their preference is, in which case they didn't.. I hope they get better, as they are losing customers.
