★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entregam o pedido, o atendimento é péssimo. Fiz um pedido, confirmaram o mesmo, porém após uma hora esperando, só ligar lá fui mal atendida e disseram que não localizaram o pedido.
Pessoal despreparado e sem vontade de atender Bem o cliente. Não recomendo.
They don't deliver the order, the service is terrible. I placed an order, they confirmed the same, but after an hour waiting, just calling there I was poorly answered and they said they did not locate the order.
Staff unprepared and unwilling to serve the customer well. I do not recommend.

Você faz o pedido pelo whatsapp, através do link, as meninas ESQUECEM de repassar para a cozinha, isso mesmo você pedindo pra confirma o pedido. Não tive o desprazer de fazer pedido por telefone, mas deve ser a mesma situação.
Na data de hoje, 20/02/2022, fiz um pedido pelo whatsapp. Pedi pra confirmarem e recebi a resposta (print). Passando 1 hora do pedido, entrei em contato, estávamos com fome e aconteceu de novo, ninguém mandou meu pedido para preparo.
A pizza é boa, mas vale o estresse? Conclusão, fui até a pizzaria, paguei, esperei fazerem e peguei as pizzas. Detalhe, na mesma hora chegou um rapaz com o mesmo problema. Pediu, ninguém fez e ele só descobriu porque foi na pizzaria buscar a pizza.

Parece piada , vc faz o pedido pra retirar no balcão e só preparam sua pizza quando vc pagar no balcão kkkkkk. Ou seja , não precisara ligar , haja visto a espera é a mesma que quem chega sem ligar .
Alegação é que tem pessoas que fazem o pedido e não vão retirar.
Se vc é um cliente cadastrado , sempre usa o serviço e paga , que vantagem eu levo. ? Ou seja , tanto eu quanto o caloteiro , somos classificados como iguais .
Pizza é razoavel , mas o sistema de atendimento é uma lástima.

It sounds like a joke, you order to withdraw at the counter and they only prepare your pizza when you pay at the counter lol. That is , you do not need to call , having seen the wait is the same as someone who arrives without calling .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou extremamente chateado e insatisfeito pois pela terceira vez fiz um pedido com observação bem expressa pois não queria cebola e três vezes veio com cebola as duas primeiras entrei em contato e fiz o alerta porém não pedi a troca acabei sendo legal e mesmo contrariado aceitei porém da terceira vez achei uma baita sacanagem e pedi a troca tentei falar com o responsável pela pizzaria e me disseram que ele não estava e não havia ninguém responsável então solicitei a troca com a atendente ela me pediu pra mandar as fotos pelo whatsapp e assim eu fiz só que com todo o descaso por parte deles não me responderam não fizeram a troca e ainda quando minha esposa ligou lá pra cobra eles foram bem desrespeitosos e falaram que não iria trocar pois já havia passado do horário mas quando eu mandei as fotos ainda havia tempo pra troca por puro descaso eles não quiseram troca. Minha filha de 5 anos ficou super triste pois ela adora pizza mãos detesta cebola ela ficou me falando "mais pai de novo eles mandaram cebola porque o senhor ainda compra lá" a gente tenta ser legal mas é isso que acontece.
I am extremely upset and dissatisfied because for the third time I made an order with a very express comment because I didn't want onions and three times it came with onions the first two I got in touch and made the alert but I didn't ask for the exchange I ended up being nice and even annoyed I accepted but from the the third time I thought it was really dirty and asked for the exchange I tried to talk to the person in charge of the pizzeria and they told me he was not there and there was no one responsible so I requested the exchange with the attendant she asked me to send the photos via whatsapp and so I just did it that with all the carelessness on their part, they didn't answer me, they didn't make the exchange and even when my wife called the snake there they were very disrespectful and said they wouldn't exchange it because it was past the time but when I sent the photos there was still time to exchange out of sheer neglect they didn't want exchange. My 5 year old daughter was super sad because she loves pizza hands hates onions she kept telling me "but dad again they sent onions because you still buy there" we try to be nice but that's what happens.
