★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O quarto é básico, mas está dentro do que está sendo oferecido na compra das diárias só precisa melhorar na limpeza do banheiro dentro do Box, já o atendimento dos recepcionistas do dia educados e recebem bem, mas da noite precisa de uma reciclagem de como atender os hóspedes, você pede uma água a pessoa mal olha na sua cara, pede uma toalha resmunga, passa fala boa noite sozinho pois não tem resposta!!!!Critica construtiva ...por este tipo comportamento eu não recomendaria o hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha segunda vez nesse hotel. E dessa vez foi uma péssima experiência! Recepcionista totalmente despreparado e debochado. Faltou luz e muitos quartos sem luz, com crianças e em vez de nos dar uma posição ou caso não fosse solucionado o problema nos dar a alternativa de devolução de diária que e paga na hora do check in ou recolocação pra outro hotel. Teve muita dor de cabeça, discussão e msm o problema sendo solucionado no outro dia o hotel amanheceu sem luz! Ar condicionado do quadro mal ventilava, ventilador não funcionava. Pra ir tomar café se estiver chovendo, você irá se molhar. O hotel tem uma localização boa, apesar de ter uma ladeira pra subir. Não volto mas lá, e não recomendo. Nós tbem temos direitos se der algum problema, mas lá não tem...

Had a lot of headache, discussion and the problem was solved the other day the hotel dawned without light! The air conditioning of the frame was poorly ventilated, the fan did not work. To go for coffee if it is raining, you will get wet. The hotel is in a good location, although it has a steep slope. I won't go back there, and I don't recommend it. We also have rights if there is a problem, but there is not...
