★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que tem de bom se perde pela ineficiência do atendimento telefônico onde o valor da diária não é dado corretamente e dobra na hora de pagar. Além disso não têm preparo para ouvir reclamação dos hóspedes. O proprietário quando questionado do preço da diária passado errado pela funcionária foi extremamente grosseiro, chegando a gritar com estupidez. Enfim, a diária recebida foi como se estivéssemos num hotel 4 estrelas quando na verdade nos dois dias que lá estivemos no café da manhã faltou pão, presunto, mamão, café!!! Saímos indignados.
What's good is lost by the inefficiency of the telephone service where the daily rate is not given correctly and doubles when paying. In addition, they are not prepared to hear complaints from guests. The owner, when asked about the price of the wrong night by the employee, was extremely rude, even yelling stupidly. Anyway, the daily rate received was as if we were in a 4 star hotel when in fact the two days we were there for breakfast there was no bread, ham, papaya, coffee!!! We left indignant.
