WhatsApp doesn't answer, cell doesn't answer. I tried to book my trip for 1 full day. They checked availability and didn't give me a return, when I called the next day they told me they had availability but it's over

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento e como comentários anteriores que não foram bem recebidos ou a estadia foi ruim, só tenho a lamentar, pois fui muito bem recebido, localização excelente e um ótimo atendimento.
E um comentário tenho a acrescentar...Nem Jesus Cristo que deu sua vida por toda a humanidade não agradou a todos, não somos nós meros pecadores que vamos. E tem gente que reclama de barriga cheia, pois muitas vezes nem tem como suprir as necessidades e reclama do bom.
Atendimento excelente e não darei mais estrelas de referência pq não tem.
Obrigado ao hotel " BEIRA MAR" PELA EXCELENTE RECEPÇÃO.
Excellent service and like previous comments that were not well received or the stay was bad, I only have to regret it, because I was very well received, excellent location and great service.
And a comment I have to add... Not even Jesus Christ who gave his life for all humanity did not please everyone, we are not mere sinners who are going. And there are people who complain with a full belly, because often they can't even meet their needs and complain about the good.
Excellent service and I won't give more reference stars because they don't have them.

Não tinha toalhas de banho e rosto no apto 101 onde ficamos hospedados fui até a recepção para solicitar e me informaram que as toalhas estavam molhadas. Funcionárias mal humoradas. Fechadura da porta do quarto com problemas, papel higiênico pela metade, encontramos no frigobar 2 latas de cerveja e uma lata de refrigerante e quando fomos fechar a conta disseram que consumimos 2 águas que não estavam lá. Café da manhã muito fraco sem reposição dos itens e as mesas com pratos e xicaras sujas. Obs. Vcs precisam melhorar muito ouvi muitas reclamações de outros hóspedes
We arrived and soon my dissatisfaction began! There were no bath and face towels in apt 101 where we stayed. I went to the reception to ask for it and they informed me that the towels were wet. Grumpy employees. Room door lock with problems, half toilet paper, we found 2 cans of beer and a can of soda in the fridge and when we went to close the bill they said that we consumed 2 waters that were not there. Very poor breakfast without replacement of items and tables with dirty plates and cups. Obs. You guys need to improve a lot I heard many complaints from other guests

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo com o relato feito pelo hóspede José Luís, tudo que aconteceu com ele,TB aconteceu na minha estadia no hotel!!! Funcionárias despreparadas para atender os hóspedes e mal educadas fazendo conversando alto!!! Os quartos não são limpos todos os dias e numa pandemia que estamos isso se faz necessário, café da manhã com pouca opção e não repõe e quarto que fiquei o ar condicionado não estava funcionando direito e tivemos que mudar de quarto!!! Está muito longe para está numa categoria de hotel!!!! Espero que vcs melhorem e capacitem os seus funcionários!!! Existe pousada bem perto de vcs "Litorânea" que tem qualidade superior a de vcs.
I agree with the account given by Guest José Luis, everything that happened to him, TB happened in my stay at the hotel !!! Employees unprepared to meet guests and poorly educated doing talking out loud !!! The rooms are not cleaned every day and we are in a pandemic it is required, breakfast with little choice and does not reset and room was the air conditioning was not working properly and we had to change rooms !!! It is too far for is a category of hotel !!!! I hope you guys improve and empower their staff !!! There is close hostel guys "Coastal" which has higher quality than the guys.
