★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo,quarto sujo,toalhas e roupas de camas sujas,chão sujo,banheiro sujo nem lixo foi trocado,papel higiênico já estava usado,muito cabelo encima da cama,não recomendo,não sei como está em funcionamento.
 Terrible, dirty room, dirty towels and bedding, dirty floor, dirty bathroom or trash was changed, toilet paper was already used, too much hair on the bed, I don't recommend it, I don't know how it works.

Simple hotel, but very cozy, top location, service 1000, I'm only in the Castle, I've been there 4 times, I don't regret it, top, ELIAS AND GAUCHO, congratulations for the service, thanks for all your availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei horrível, entramos e saímos do hotel, quarto velho, banheiro que nem conseguimos usar, travesseiro que parecia um tijolo, entramos e fomos embora.
I thought it was horrible, we went in and out of the hotel, an old room, a bathroom that we couldn't even use, a pillow that looked like a brick, we went in and left.

eu e minha família fizemos uma reserva através do booking para 4 diárias, não conseguimos ficar nem em 1 diária. o meu quarto estava com mofo nas paredes e no espelho, o banheiro estava com vidros quebrados e com baratas no piso, o vaso estava com assento quebrado.
prometeram café da manhã mas das 6h as 10h. desci as 8h e não tinha mais café da manhã. ao perguntar se seria reposto a equipe respondeu que não e estava disponível apenas o que tinha sobrado.
tudo em uma “diária”.
lamentável e não recomendo. busquem outros hotéis!
I don't know how they are working!
me and my family made a reservation through booking for 4 nights, we couldn't even stay in 1 night. my room had mold on the walls and the mirror, the bathroom had broken glass and cockroaches on the floor, the toilet had a broken seat.
they promised breakfast but from 6am to 10am. I went down at 8am and had no more breakfast. when asking if it would be reset, the team replied that it would not and only what was left was available.
all in a "daily".
regrettable and do not recommend. look for other hotels!
