Efetuei uma reserva a uma semana antes. Mandei mensagem e liguei para o hotel perguntando se estava tudo certo.
No dia da entrada, o local me mandou mensagem perguntando a qual horário chegaria, então estava tudo certo.
Quando cheguei no local, simplesmente me informaram que o hotel já estava lotado e que houve erro na minha reserva!
Fiquei na rua!!
 Horrible customer service and interest!
I made a reservation a week ago. I texted and called the hotel asking if everything was ok.
On the day of entry, the place sent me a message asking what time it would arrive, so everything was fine.
When I arrived at the place, they simply informed me that the hotel was already full and that there was an error in my reservation!
I was on the street!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a reserva ontem por um aplicativo e tava tudo certo...daí liguei pra confirmar minha estadia e pela hora que iria chega tinha que fazer um pix para segura o quarto! Como fazer pix se nunca fui no hotel nem sei como é.. como assim ????? Sempre chego em qualquer hotel do Brasil e pago na hora da minha entrada! Muito ruim a política deste hotel e não indico a ninguém!
I made the reservation yesterday through an app and everything was ok...then I called to confirm my stay and by the time I arrived I had to make a pix to secure the room! How to make a pix if I've never been to the hotel and I don't even know what it's like.. what do you mean ????? I always arrive at any hotel in Brazil and pay when I check in! The policy of this hotel is very bad and I do not recommend it to anyone!

Fiz uma reserva com uma semana de antecedência pelo Booking, e quando faltava dois dias para a viagem, recebi uma mensagem informando sobre um possível cancelamento. Como não entendi exatamente do que se tratava, entrei em contato com o Hotel para confirmar minha reserva. Fui atendida pelo sr Jonas, um senhor extremamente mal educado, que sem maiores explicações disse que não seria possível manter a reserva. Discutiu comigo e desligou o telefone na minha cara. Acredito que este hotel precisa urgentemente de um treinamento de boas práticas com seus funcionários para com clientes. Não recomendo para ninguém, experiência péssima!!!!
I just don't give zero, because it doesn't have that option. I made a reservation a week in advance through Booking, and when I had two days to go, I received a message informing me of a possible cancellation. As I didn't understand exactly what it was about, I contacted the Hotel to confirm my reservation. I was attended by Mr Jonas, an extremely rude gentleman, who without further explanation said that it would not be possible to keep the reservation. He argued with me and hung up on me. I believe that this hotel urgently needs training in good practices with its staff towards customers. I don't recommend it to anyone, terrible experience!!!!
