Contudo o recepcionista do perĂodo diurno Ă© despreparado e rude. Deveria ser reorientado pelo estabelecimento a tratar com cortesia e urbanidade os clientes ou ser substituĂdo por um profissional.
 Hotel with good physical facilities (room, parking, etc.), Very good cleaning service, Attentive messengers, Breakfast as expected. However the daytime receptionist is unprepared and rude. It should be reoriented by the establishment to treat customers with courtesy and civility or be replaced by a professional.

â â â â â Muito boa a relação custo/benefĂcio. Boas instalaçÔes, apto limpo e bastante confortĂĄvel, e atendimento bastante solĂcito. Ătima localização. Mas uma coisa que deixa a desejar Ă© com relação Ă cozinha, pois sĂł Ă© disponibilizado o cafĂ© da manhĂŁ.
Very good value for money. Good facilities, clean and very comfortable apartment, and very helpful service. Great location. But one thing that leaves something to be desired is in relation to the kitchen, as breakfast is only available.

â â â â â Had a really great stay here. Their breakfast was good served with a variety of fruits, bread, cake, juices, yogurts, coffee, and even do some custom eggs or tapiocas if you request. The price is very cheap for what they offer and totally recommend it if you are going to Palmas.
