★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet de péssima qualidade, um dos recepcionistas muito arrogante, entregadores que não são do restaurante do hotel, não podem subir até os aptos para fazer a entrega. Vc tem que descer até a portaria para pegar seu lanche. Muito caro pelo serviço que te proporcionam.
Eles estão precisando é de um concorrente, para ver se melhoram o atendimento. Não indico, salvo se vc quiser passar raiva.
Poor quality internet, one of the receptionists very arrogant, delivery people who are not from the hotel's restaurant, cannot go up to the suitable ones to make the delivery. You have to go down to the concierge to get your lunch. Too expensive for the service they provide.
What they need is a competitor, to see if they improve the service. I don't recommend it unless you want to be angry.
