★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Sujo, fedido. Toalhas parecem panos de chão. Lençóis velhos com aparência de sujos. Não consegui tomar café pq tinha baratas nos pães.
Horrible! Dirty, stinky. Towels look like rags. Dirty-looking old sheets. I couldn't drink coffee because there were cockroaches on the bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive uma surpresa desagradável, pois fiz uma reserva pelo booking e quando cheguei no hotel não havia quartos disponíveis, detalhe com uma idosa e uma criança as 22 hrs da noite.
Unfortunately I had an unpleasant surprise, as I made a reservation through booking and when I arrived at the hotel there were no rooms available, detail with an elderly woman and a child at 22 hrs at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando fui fiquei no quarto de cima, razoável, mais segunda vez foi horrível, quarto com o vaso sanitário sujo de xixi, mal atendimento do recepcionista, fronhas que pareciam não serem lavadas , quartos com infiltracao,horrível.
When I went, I stayed in the upstairs room, ok, but the second time was horrible, room with the toilet dirty with pee, bad receptionist service, pillowcases that didn't seem to be washed, rooms with infiltration, horrible.

Minha esposa fez a reserva no booking quando estávamos em Sobral/CE em deslocamento para Teresina/PI, reserva confirmada via email e via digital, aplicativo do Booking.com. Reserva para 8 adultos e 2 crianças, com previsão de chegada indicada das 19-20h. No site foram indicados 3 quartos na reserva. Ao chegarmos no local, 19:30hs, fomos informados pelo atendente que havia um recado do proprietário que 2 dos quartos tiveram os ares condicionado queimados durante a chuva no dia e não foi possível consertar a tempo. Segundo eles tinham o quarto, mas sem ar. Não havia nenhuma mensagem no email ou no aplicativo do Booking. Os chuveiros dos quartos nos hotéis de pequeno e médio porte e pousadas, em Teresina, não têm chuveiro com água quente, somente fria, sugiro sempre perguntar antes. Ficamos sem ter onde dormir. Outro ponto importante, não há garagem para os veículos, ficam na rua, vizinha não muito agradável, local do outro lado da rodoviária, isso não seria incômodo se os quartos estivessem disponíveis, estávamos ciente de não ter garagem. Por sorte, bem próximo, uns 100 metros, conseguimos um hotel com reforma recente realizada e quartos bem limpos e higienizados, inclusive com local/garagem para os veículos, Hotel São Francisco, com ar condicionado split e tv, com camas novas e roupa de cama limpa, cheirosa, com café da manhã. Cobraram R$ 50,00/pessoa, inclusive crianças. Achei barato para apenas uma pernoite.
Unfortunately we had a bad experience. My wife made the booking at Booking when we were in Sobral / CE in displacement to Teresina / PI, booking confirmed via email and via Digital, Booking.com application. Reserve for 8 adults and 2 children, with an arrival prediction indicated from 19-20h. On the website 3 rooms were indicated on the reservation. When we arrived on the spot, 19: 30hs, we were informed by the attendant who had a message from the owner who 2 of the rooms had the conditioned air burning in the rain in the day and could not fix it in time. According to them they had the room, but no air. There was no messages in the email or in the Booking application. Room showers in small and medium-sized hotels and inns in Teresina have no shower with hot water, only cold, I always suggest asking before. We stayed without having to sleep. Another important point, there is no garage for the vehicles, stay on the street, neighbor not very pleasant, local on the other side of the bus station, this would not be uncomfortable if the rooms were available, we were aware of not having a garage. Luckily, very close, about 100 meters, we got a hotel with recent reform and well cleaned and sanitized rooms, including a place / garage for vehicles, San Francisco hotel with split air-conditioned and TV, with new beds and Clean bed, smelling, with breakfast. They charged $ 50.00 / person, including children. I found it cheap for only one overnight.
