★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos deixaram com fome, pois a cozinha não estava funcionando, pedimos um petisco as 23h e nos confirmaram que a cozinha não estava funcionando, como assim o cliente fica com fome? Poderia nos informa sobre esse grande detalhe na entrada, (teria nem ficado)Tivemos que pedir um ifood ,Pedimos um prato e um talher para comer o que pedimos no ifood e nem isso mandaram, a água do chuveiro não tinha água quente, o quarto estava cheio de pernilongos, mosquito, muriçoca, sorte que tínhamos um inseticida , muito insatisfeita com o ambiente, e com o atendimento, não recomendo para ninguém esse hotel ! Péssimo !
They left us hungry, because the kitchen was not working, we asked for a snack at 11 pm and they confirmed that the kitchen was not working, how does the customer get hungry? Could you tell us about this great detail at the entrance, (wouldn't even have stayed) We had to ask for an ifood, We asked for a plate and a cutlery to eat what we asked for in the ifood and they didn't even send it, the shower water had no hot water, the room it was full of mosquitoes, mosquitoes, worms, luckily we had an insecticide, very dissatisfied with the environment, and with the service, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone! Terrible !
