★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bom, porém fui maltratado por uma funcionária, por fazer uma simples pergunta que ela não estava querendo responder. Quando estava saindo ouvi ela dizer que era uma "Palhaçada" o que estava perguntando, mostrando desequilíbrio e dificuldade em lidar com o público.
 The place is good, but I was mistreated by an employee, for asking a simple question that she didn't want to answer. As I was leaving, I heard her say that what she was asking was a "Bullshit", showing imbalance and difficulty in dealing with the public.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations!! very beautiful, perfect pool location and outside the nature of the place, which is out of this world. very polite and helpful staff. I loved it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom..a Cacau é super simpática e atenciosa com os hóspedes..nos tratou super bem .. só a piscina que deixou a desejar.. chegamos na segunda e saímos na quarta e não foi tratada nesses dias..mas mesmo assim iremos voltar novamente.
Very good service..Cacau is super friendly and attentive to guests..she treated us very well..only the pool left something to be desired..we arrived on Monday and left on Wednesday and it was not treated these days..but even so we will go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários não usam máscaras, mesmo em meio a nova alta de casos de COVID. O hotel se diz pet friendly mas não permite o acesso do pet a áreas abertas do hotel, inclusive indicando que o mesmo deve ficar no quarto ou andar na pracinha em frente. Ponto positivo pra recreadora muito simpática e atenciosa com as crianças.
Employees don't wear masks, even amid the new spike in COVID cases. The hotel claims to be pet friendly, but it does not allow pets to access open areas of the hotel, including indicating that they must stay in the room or walk in the square in front. Positive point for the entertainer very friendly and attentive with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários excelentes, lugar maravilhoso, comida deliciosa, passeio de trenzinho, tirolesa, toboágua, várias piscinas, passeio de trator, etc, o bairro muito bom.( Na minha opinião)
Excellent staff, wonderful place, delicious food, train ride, zip line, water slide, several pools, tractor ride, etc, the neighborhood is very good.( In my opinion)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito bonito, muito verde, limpo, comida boa, quartos bonitos com ar condicionado, tv de led, frigobar, muitas atividades como: Tirolesa, passeio de carreta puxada por um trator pelo bairro, trenzinho pelo sítio, piscina com dois toboáguas, funcionários educados, em especial a Cacau, mesa de sinuca, pingue- pongue, etc. Gostei muito, voltarei novamente.
Very beautiful place, very green, clean, good food, beautiful rooms with air conditioning, LED TV, minibar, many activities such as: Zipline, cart ride pulled by a tractor through the neighborhood, little train around the place, pool with two water slides, staff polite, especially Cocoa, pool table, table tennis, etc. I liked it a lot, I will be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque ao chegarmos no sábado 26/02 fomos atendidos por uma recepcionista que disse que aceitavam pet, mas, a área pet já estava lotada! Foi fria e disse que não tinha acomodações pra nós já que levamos cachorro (na propaganda diz aceitar, mas, lá o pet N poderia ir em NENHUMA dependência do hotel!). Todas as refeições atrasaram entre 15 a 30 minutos para abrir o restaurante. Pouquíssima gente pra servir no restaurante fazendo aglomeração de pessoas pra se servirem tida hora. Resumo: atendimento deixou a desejar e meu cachorrinho teve que ficar trancado no quarto o tempo todo. Não gostei!
Because when we arrived on Saturday 26/02 we were attended by a receptionist who said they accepted pets, but the pet area was already full! She was cold and said she didn't have accommodations for us since we took a dog (in the advertisement it says accept, but pet N could go to ANY hotel dependency there!). All meals took between 15 to 30 minutes to open the restaurant. Very few people to serve in the restaurant, making a crowd of people to serve themselves at a given time. Summary: customer service left something to be desired and my puppy had to be locked in the room the entire time. Did not like!
