A good structure with new apartments, but the service needs to be improved as there is a confused attendant, breakfast needs to improve, whoever arrives first finds something but the last don't....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou hospedado nele,hotel péssimo atendimento relacionado almoço e jantar,somente recepção tem ótimos funcionários,não existe gerente ,3 horas para um almoço ou jantar,não venham conhecer e um descaso total com cliente.
I'm staying at it, terrible hotel service related to lunch and dinner, only reception has great staff, there is no manager, 3 hours for lunch or dinner, don't come to know and a total disregard for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegando para hospedar no hotel de cara não tinha água quente como a reserva foi realizada 2 semanas com antecedência não pude cancelar e ir para outro fui obrigado a ficar 3 dias até conseguir uma alteração da reserva em outro hotel .
Os atendente da recepção com exceção de uma das atendente são ignorantes sem informação totalmente sem preparo
Sutra situação chata e que não limpao o quarto não repõe toalhas não repõe sabonete,shampoo e condicionado
Quanto em que hospedei puro modo 31986706971 meu contato o quarto que fiquei foi o 224 e meu companheiro de empresa e o 102 anbos ficamos muinto insastifeito
Arriving to stay at the hotel, there was no hot water as the reservation was made 2 weeks in advance I could not cancel and go to another hotel I was forced to stay 3 days until I could change the reservation at another hotel.
The front desk attendants with the exception of one of the attendants are ignorant without information, totally unprepared
Sutra annoying situation and that I don't clean the room, don't replace towels, don't replace soap, shampoo and conditioning
When I stayed in pure mode 31986706971 my contact the room I stayed in was 224 and my company partner and 102 both were very dissatisfied
