★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No geral a estadia classifico como boa e voltaria. Preço justo os atendentes bastante atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom. De observação os lençóis são finos e a noite o clima é frio. As três estrelas se devem a ter aparecido 3 rãns no banheiro.
Overall I would rate this as good and would go back. Fair price the servers were very attentive, breakfast very good. Of note the sheets are fine and at night the weather is cold. The three stars are due to have appeared 3 frogs in the bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, reservei um quarto pra hj a noite e do nada o hotel cancela, nunca vi isso, só em Nova Floresta mesmo, não indico pra ninguém essa pousada.
Terrible service, I booked a room for tonight and out of nowhere the hotel cancels, I've never seen this, only in Nova Floresta, I don't recommend this inn to anyone.
