Se tiver oportunidade, faça uma reserva e hospede-se. Só funciona de Quinta a Domingo, mas vale cada momento!!!
Sensational Retreat from all the confusion and stress we are experiencing in these terrible days. Quiet place, FANTASTIC, very well done and assembled, and to improve, with Excellent wines. If you have the opportunity, make a reservation and stay. It only works from Thursday to Sunday, but it is worth every moment !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é primoroso, tudo muito novinho e bem organizado. Os serviços também são de primeira. Mesmo com o quadro reduzido de funcionários pela pandemia, o atendimento é perfeito. Pessoal muito atencioso, cortês e sempre disposto a ajudar. O restaurante oferece opções deliciosas e feitas com muito capricho. Os vinhos são bons, mas para quem não gosta ou não pode tomar vinho, o suco de uva é o mais saboroso que já tomei, alem de ser 100% natural.
The place is exquisite, everything very new and well organized. The services are also top notch. Even with the reduced number of employees due to the pandemic, the service is perfect. Very attentive staff, courteous and always willing to help. The restaurant offers delicious options and made with great care. The wines are good, but for those who don't like or can't drink wine, grape juice is the tastiest I've ever had, in addition to being 100% natural.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Localização - saindo de SP capital foram ~4 horas de viagem. O trecho final (após Capão Bonito, de aprox. 100km) é estrada de pista simples em boas condições mas parecido com serra (bastante curva) sendo preferencial viajar de dia. É necessário passar por mais 2 pequenas cidades e não há placas indicando até a saída para estrada de terra, a ~10 minutos da vinícola.
Estrutura - tudo muito novo, limpo e em perfeito funcionamento. Ficamos na suíte premium e foi muito confortável. As dependências (restaurante, piscina aquecida e SPA) estão em boas condições.
Estadia - para quem curte uma viagem mais bem planejada achamos que faltaram informações/detalhes sobre o plano da estadia (ex. tem atividades quem não fomos informados que existia, como a visita às áreas agrícolas). Também não aproveitamos o SPA da melhor forma (cobrado a parte) pois não nos avisaram que havia hidro (não levamos roupa de banho), e as massagens são feitas em 1 pessoa de cada vez.
Degustação dos vinhos - muito boa e num ótimo ambiente, feito sem pressa. O que achamos esquisito é que é a primeira vinícola que visitamos onde não levamos a taça como souvenir, o que nos decepcionou um pouco. Sugestão seria cobrar a degustação a parte e nos deixar com uma taça :)
Refeições - no geral, de boa qualidade. Café da manhã razoável e excelente almoço. O jantar, apesar da boa qualidade, é excessivamente caro (entradas entre R$60 - 120; pratos principais de R$120 a 200 e sobremesa a partir de R$60). Os pratos principais são individuais e definitivamente não há opções/alternativas para jantar por perto.
No geral, o local tem muito potencial. O preço da diária (a partir de R$1.500) somado ao valor do jantar e ao fato de que todas as bebidas são pagas (não alcóolicas e alcóolicas) levam o preço médio diário para ~R$2.000 - R$2.200. Alguns pontos ainda deixam a desejar pelo valor cobrado. Inclusive, achamos os preços dos produtos individuais um tanto abusivos (ex. água, café, etc.), o que não condiz com a expectativa que se cria de um lugar como este.
Location - leaving SP capital it was ~4 hours of travel. The final stretch (after Capão Bonito, approx. 100km) is a single lane road in good condition but similar to a mountain range (very curved) being preferable to travel by day. You have to go through 2 more small towns and there are no signs pointing to the dirt road exit, ~10 minutes from the winery.
Structure - everything very new, clean and in perfect working order. We stayed in the premium suite and it was very comfortable. The premises (restaurant, heated pool and spa) are in good condition.
Stay - for those who enjoy a more well-planned trip, we think there is a lack of information/details about the stay plan (eg there are activities that we were not informed about, such as visiting agricultural areas). We also didn't enjoy the SPA in the best way (charged separately) because they didn't tell us there was a hydro (we didn't take a bathing suit), and the massages are done in 1 person at a time.
Wine tasting - very good and in a great atmosphere, without haste. What we think is weird is that it's the first winery we visited where we don't take the glass as a souvenir, which disappointed us a little. A suggestion would be to charge the tasting separately and leave us with a glass :)
Meals - overall good quality. Reasonable breakfast and excellent lunch. Dinner, despite the good quality, is excessively expensive (starters between R$60 - 120; main courses from R$120 to 200 and dessert from R$60). Main courses are individual and there are definitely no dining options/alternatives close by.
Overall the place has a lot of potential. The daily price (from R$1,500) added to the dinner price and the fact that all drinks are paid for (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) bring the average daily price to ~R$2,000 - R$2,200. Some points are still lacking for the amount charged. We even found the prices of individual products somewhat abusive (eg water, coffee, etc.), which is not in keeping with the expectations created for a place like this.
