★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É o melhor da cidade mas, Poderia ser melhor na limpeza do quarto. No domingo não tem copeira e quando retornamos para o hotel de noite, o quarto não foi limpo nem arrumado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente, preços dos quartos flexível, sempre dispostos a negociar. A conservação e a limpeza dos quartos são boas, mas os banheiros não possuem Boxer, assim na hora do banho fica tudo muito molhado. O café da manhã é bem servido e bom. São muito hospitaleiros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tive a oportunidade de conhecer o Hotel em outra administração e umas das coisas que mais chamava atenção era a estrutura e principalmente o Café da Manhã. Porém, infelizmente, não tive a mesma impressão pelo serviço.
O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. A apresentação péssima, a pamonha estava tão seca que parecia Tareco, ovo frio e sem gosto, Só tinha uma margarina industrializada, o presunto quando fui provar estava ‘passado’, ou seja com gosto de azedo e o pior de tudo, não tinha queijo coalho. A impressão que dá é que pegaram a sobra de alguma coisa e colocaram para servir. Para não dizer que nada presta, a única coisa boa foi o café preto, mesmo assim, isso se encontra em qualquer Esquina.
Sinceramente, não recomendo. Pior ainda que soube que o proprietário possui dois estabelecimentos na cidade, um mercado e um atacado. Triste! ???? Falando em estrutura é boa, mas acredito que deve ter pousada que oferece a mesma estrutura que o Hotel Esperança. Concorrentes FICA A DICA!
I have already had the opportunity to visit the Hotel in another administration and one of the things that called the most attention was the structure and especially the Breakfast. Unfortunately, however, I did not have the same impression for the service.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The presentation was terrible, the mush was so dry that it looked like Tareco, a cold and tasteless egg. It only had one industrialized margarine, the ham when I went to taste it was 'past', meaning it tasted sour and worst of all, it had no cheese. rennet. The impression is that they took the leftover of something and put it to serve. Not to say that nothing is good, the only good thing was black coffee, even so, this is found in any corner.
I honestly don't recommend it. Even worse, I learned that the owner has two establishments in the city, a market and a wholesale. Sad! ???? Speaking of structure is good, but I believe there must be an inn that offers the same structure as Hotel Esperança. Competitors STAY THE TIP!

limpeza até a segunda-feira .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não é muito bom, subir pela escada estreita é difícil, não tem acessibilidade, não tem nenhuma tomada no quarto a não ser a do frigobar, vc escolhe se carrega seus eletrônicos ou gela sua água, o café da manhã é péssimo e cheguei às 7:30 para tomar café, o chuveiro elétrico da choque, e não tem estacionamento. Me hospedaria novamente se for a única opção, o que na verdade parece ser a menos pior na região.
