★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E um legal bucólico, onde você faz uma viagem só túnel do tempo direto a Belle Époque e ciclo da borracha. Ótimo atendimento, preço justo e menu excelente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Éramos fregueses frequentes, já havíamos nos hospedado lá mais de 7 vezes, na ultima agora por conta do som oriundo de celular, que não tem grande volume, um sulista fez reclamação e a dona não teve a menor restrição em nos constranger, provavelmente nem sabia que éramos fregueses frequentes, ou seja, funcionam em um sistema obsoleto de atendimento, sendo que a única coisa que há de bom lá é o café e a vista. Não recomendo, vá ao Hotel Fazenda Paraíso, pois lá você encontra além de privacidade de verdade, um hotel moderno, que não parou no século retrasado.
We were frequent customers, we had stayed there more than 7 times, the last one now because of the sound coming from the cell phone, which doesn't have great volume, a southerner complained and the owner didn't have the slightest restriction in embarrassing us, probably didn't even know that we were frequent customers, that is, they work in an obsolete service system, and the only good thing there is the coffee and the view. I do not recommend it, go to the Hotel Fazenda Paraíso, because there you will find, in addition to real privacy, a modern hotel, which did not stop in the last century.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel eh maravilhoso… um charme, vista tb, cafe da manhã simples e gostoso. Péssimo atendimento via WhatsApp…extremamente grosseiros e frios. Falta treinamento e paciência c o cliente virtualmente. Me senti fazendo um favor me hospedando lá! Horrivel o trato. O quarto bom, mas precisa de TV e edredom ou manta. Pecado não ter isso, pq eh essencial… ainda mais p quem vai c criança.
The hotel is wonderful… a charm, great view, simple and delicious breakfast. Bad service via WhatsApp…extremely rude and cold. Lack of training and patience with the customer virtually. I felt like I was doing myself a favor there! Horrible deal. The room is good, but it needs a TV and a duvet or blanket. It's a sin not to have that, because it's essential… even more so for those who go with children.

O nível de serviço e comprometimento comigo foi baixíssimo ... O quarto que me colocaram era pequeno demais, com espaço mínimo que dava mal a cama, sem banheiro (o banheiro era compartilhado e não fui informada disso no início da contratação do serviço) e com um ventilador sujo e a estrutura de uma escada que passa dentro do quarto sendo cobrado 180,00 reais a pernoite ...
