★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel de fazenda não tem mais nada. Quartos sem higiene nenhuma. Assim que chegamos o quarto estava pronto. O lençol amarrotado e com fios de cabelos de outras pessoas. Muito nojento isso. Eu avalio assim, pois através das avaliações que eu escolho o local.
Farmhouse has nothing else. Rooms without any hygiene. As soon as we arrived the room was ready. The crumpled sheet with other people's hair. Very disgusting that. I evaluate it like this, because through the evaluations I choose the place.

Piscina suja, restaurante sujo, café ruim, cardápio sujo, o rapaz da recepção estava fazendo podologia em pleno horário de expediente em pleno sábado. Foi surreal ver o recepcionista com o pé no colo de uma senhora enquanto fechava a conta... Preciso falar mais? Só vá em caso de necessidade. O preço não é barato e diante da qualidade do serviço se torna muito caro.

Dirty pool, dirty restaurant, bad coffee, dirty menu, the guy at the reception was doing podiatry in full office on Saturday. It was surreal to see the receptionist with his foot in a lady's lap as he closed the bill... Do I need to say more? Only go in case of need. The price is not cheap and given the quality of the service it becomes very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento de Wagner. Ótimo atendimento dos funcionários. Só acho, na minha visão que o hotel precisa de um cuidado maior nas suas áreas externas. Precisa de um cuidado maior com a piscina, sala de jogos e etc.
Excellent service from Wagner. Great service from the staff. I just think, in my view, that the hotel needs greater care in its external areas. Needs more care with the pool, games room and etc.
