★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é maravilhoso, já fui outras vezes, mas a qualidade caiu muito, principalmente das refeições. Pouca variedade. Cerveja sempre quente e a água dos chuveiros fria. Pelo preço que pagamos, não vale a pena.
De positivo, o excelente atendimento do garçon João Paulo, do cavaleiro Ailton e da Pâmela.
Com esse custo benefício, não voltaremos mais.
 The place is wonderful, I've been to other times, but the quality has dropped a lot, especially the meals. Little variety. Always hot beer and cold shower water. For the price we pay, it's not worth it.
On the positive side, the excellent service provided by the waiter João Paulo, the knight Ailton and Pâmela.
With this value for money, we won't be back.

Pontos negativos: Colchão, sinal de wi-fi nos quartos, nenhuma variação de opções no café da manhã.
Sugestão: Como é um hotel localizado em uma antiga fazenda de produção de café lá nos idos do século 18, onde houve exploração de escravizados, portanto torturas e outras práticas desumanas, falta uma espécie de Memorial que possa contar com mais detalhes quais práticas eram adotadas no local, relatos, depoimentos, mapeamento da estrutura da época (onde era a senzala?), a própria posição institucional do hotel na relevância da prática comercial no local, juntamente com a propagação da conscientização do que se tratou o período da escravidão em Santa Branca,
junto com seus reflexos existentes ainda hoje na sociedade brasileira. Tal Memorial poderia ser concebido em conjunto com a prefeitura e outros órgãos de interesse cultural e de representatividade afro-brasileira, no que poderia ser uma ação referencial para outros empreendimentos, além de posição ética de não esquecimento ou abrandamento do seu histórico e simples prática comercial, no que não é um lugar qualquer.
E vc turista, ative a sua consciência e dos seus familiares a respeito dos locais que frequenta a lazer.
Positives: helpful and attentive staff, delicious food, heated pools and leisure options
Negative points: Mattress, wi-fi signal in the rooms, no variation in breakfast options.
Suggestion: As it is a hotel located in an old coffee production farm back in the 18th century, where there was exploitation of enslaved people, therefore torture and other inhumane practices, there is a lack of a kind of Memorial that can tell in more detail which practices were adopted. on site, reports, testimonials, mapping of the structure of the time (where was the slave quarters?), the hotel's own institutional position in the relevance of commercial practice in the place, together with the propagation of awareness of what the period of slavery was about in Santa Catarina. White,
along with its reflexes that still exist today in Brazilian society. Such a Memorial could be designed together with the city hall and other bodies of cultural interest and Afro-Brazilian representation, in what could be a reference action for other projects, in addition to an ethical position of not forgetting or softening its history and simple commercial practice. , in what is not just any place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ter pedido quarto térreo por estar com minha mãe idosa com problemas de mobilidade, nos acomodaram em um quarto cujo o acesso era de escada ou rampa muito íngreme. O que estragou o passeio.
A equipe de recreação é muito boa.
Os funcionários da limpeza e restaurante são ótimos.
Os colchões são péssimos.
A comida, apesar de pouca variedade, é boa. Não atendeu às expectativas hotel Fazenda.
Expreriência frustrada.
Péssima relação custo benefício.
Despite having asked for a ground floor room because I was with my elderly mother with mobility problems, we were accommodated in a room with access via a very steep stairs or ramp. Which spoiled the ride.
The recreation team is very good.
The cleaning and restaurant staff are great.
Mattresses are bad.
The food, despite not having much variety, is good. Did not meet the expectations of the Fazenda hotel.
Frustrated experience.
Bad value for money.

O quarto em que fiquei era bem simples, mas confortável. A comida era simples mas saborosa, fui no meio da semana então não tinha muita variedade, o que faz sentido.
Mas eu achei que o grande charme é a piscina, que é grande e fica numa temperatura gostosa, com o visual do casarão da pra passar o dia lá.
O local todo é muito bonito e bem cuidado.
The hotel is quite remote and very charming.
The room I stayed in was very simple but comfortable. The food was simple but tasty, I went in the middle of the week so there wasn't much variety, which makes sense.
But I thought that the great charm is the swimming pool, which is big and has a pleasant temperature, with the view of the mansion, you can spend the day there.
The whole place is very beautiful and well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A localização é boa (apesar de 5KM de estrada de terra). A cidade é bem gostosa, tranquila e com muitas opções de lojas em diversos segmentos.
O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom. São sempre educados e solícitos.
O quarto que fiquei (número 23, para 5 pessoas) estava extremamente limpo e organizado.
Senti falta de uma maior variedade no almoço e jantar. A organização das refeições também deveria melhorar. Muitas vezes, na hora das refeições ainda faltavam colocar algum tipo de comida o que gerava filas, por exemplo.
Pela quantidade de pessoas do hotel, faltou lugares para sentar nas áreas sociais. Até haviam bancos e sofas espalhados, mas em quantidade infusuficiente.
Cadeiras nos quartos também também seria legal.
Precisa ter mais atividades para os adultos.
O café da manhã estava ok.
Recomendo a visita.
The location is good (despite 5KM of unpaved road). The city is very nice, quiet and with many shopping options in different segments.
The service provided by the staff is very good. They are always polite and helpful.
The room I stayed in (number 23, for 5 people) was extremely clean and tidy.
I missed more variety at lunch and dinner. The organization of meals should also improve. Often, at mealtimes, some type of food still needed to be placed, which generated queues, for example.
Due to the number of people in the hotel, there was a lack of places to sit in the social areas. There were even stools and sofas scattered around, but in an insufficient quantity.
Chairs in the bedrooms would also be nice.
There needs to be more activities for adults.
Breakfast was ok.
I recommend the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrada pra chegar ao hotel é um tanto dificil e complicada em dias de chuva(longo trecho em terra batida e pedras),sinalizaçao precaria....mas chegando no hotel fomos bem recebidos,nos foi passado tudo conforme as regras do local.O quarto é bem rustico,camas um pouco duras,um degrau no meio do quarto que fez meu filho e minha cunhada caírem,o chuveiro é gostoso e a paisagem da janela é linda... as piscinas aquecidas sao otimas,tem um pequenino parquinho(com 2 brinquedos),alguns animais( 4 coelhos,algumas galinhas,2 bodes e alguns cavalos)os passeios sao todos pagos a parte e as bebidas das refeiçoes tambem... O passeio de cavalo é muito gostoso, a tia(recreadora) PAM é uma gracinha,faz questao de nos acompanhar em tudo e ainda explica curiosidades da fazenda e dos animais( muito bom mesmo) a comida estava muito gostosa(estilo fazenda mesmo) nao espere nada especial,mas nos serviu muito bem,os funcionarios do hotel eram gentis e prestativos.... O checkout foi meio confuso e demorado,pois a 'senhora' que fica na recepçao foi bem grosseira conosco,pois queriamos levar umas lembranças do hotel(bem caras por sinal) e um outro funcionario nos passou um valor e quando fomos pagar 'pra ela' ela disse que o valor era outro,situaçao desagradavel...que acabou sendo resolvida depois de ouvirmos ela xingar o colega de trabalho de imbecil.... no geral foi uma hospedagem gostosa,bem CARA pelo que o hotel oferece e nao tenho intençao de voltar novamente....
The road to get to the hotel is a bit difficult and complicated on rainy days (long stretch of dirt and stones), poor signage....but when we arrived at the hotel we were well received, everything was given to us according to the rules of the place. The room is very rustic, beds a little hard, a step in the middle of the room that made my son and my sister-in-law fall, the shower is nice and the view from the window is beautiful... the heated pools are great, there is a small playground (with 2 toys), some animals (4 rabbits, some chickens, 2 goats and some horses) the rides are all paid separately and the drinks are also included... The horse ride is very nice, the aunt (recreation) PAM is so cute, she makes a point of accompanying us in everything and even explains curiosities about the farm and the animals (very good indeed) the food was very delicious (farm style really) don't expect anything special, but it served us very well, the employees of the hotel were kind and helpful.... Checkout was a bit confusing and time consuming, because the 'lady' who is at the reception was very rude to us, because we wanted to take some souvenirs from the hotel (very expensive by the way) and another employee gave us a value and when we went to pay 'her' she said the value was different ,unpleasant situation...which ended up being resolved after we heard her cursing her co-worker as an imbecile....overall it was a nice stay,very EXPENSIVE for what the hotel offers and I have no intention of going back again....
