Conheço Dr. Giorgio de longa data e o admiro por sua responsabilidade e amor aos nossos amiguinhos, sempre muito profissional e dedicado com sua equipe para com todos que estão por alí. Quantos e quantos animais eu o ví cuidar com dedicação e cuidados impecáveis. Sempre que vou ao hotel fico admirado com as instalações e organização deste. Parabéns Aconchego
 Very nice to know a hotel like Aconchego, motivated people taking care of our friends with such affection and dedication. I have known Dr. Giorgio for a long time and I admire him for his responsibility and love for our little friends, always very professional and dedicated with his team to everyone who is there. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixamos nossa cachorra em um final de semana bem chuvoso e fomos buscá-la na segunda-feira após o almoço. A cachorra estava visivelmente mais magra, a quantidade de ração que deixei para alimentá-la voltou além do que deveria, o cobertor e a caminha estavam molhados e ela entrou no carro e dormiu. Não sei como foram os dias e principalmente as noites da cachorra, mas os pertences dela não poderiam estar molhados, visto que os cachorros dormem num lugar coberto - a não ser que entre água da chuva no dormitório. Se for isto, minha cachorra passou a noite acordada devido ao medo e frio que estava sentindo. A cachorra estar mais magra e a quantidade de ração ter diminuído menos do que deveria, me leva a crer que ela não foi alimentada conforme recomendação ou que as rações foram trocadas. Digo isto porque, a partir de segunda-feira a tarde ela começou a ter diarreia (ela foi alimentada de manhã no hotel). Vale ressaltar que a funcionária mediu na minha frente a quantidade de ração que estava faltando no pote e concluiu que algo tinha acontecido, mas que ela verificaria com quem ficou responsável pela cachorra durante os outros dias. O pior de tudo foi o dono ter me mandando mensagem mais tarde, com uma certa arrogância e com mil justificativas, sem ao menos tentar entender comigo (que sou a cliente) o que tinha acontecido - principalmente porque ele não estava no momento do checkout. Experiência ruim. Não usaremos mais o serviço deste empresa e não recomendamos.
We left our dog on a very rainy weekend and picked her up on Monday after lunch. The dog was noticeably thinner, the amount of feed I left to feed her went back beyond what it should, the blanket and the walk were wet and she got into the car and slept. I don't know what the dog's days and nights were like, but her belongings couldn't be wet, since the dogs sleep in a sheltered place - unless rainwater gets in the dorm. If so, my dog stayed up all night due to the fear and cold she was feeling. The dog being thinner and the amount of feed having decreased less than it should have led me to believe that she was not fed as recommended or that the rations were changed. I say this because from Monday afternoon she started to have diarrhea (she was fed in the morning at the hotel). It is noteworthy that the employee measured in front of me the amount of ration that was missing in the pot and concluded that something had happened, but that she would check with who was responsible for the dog during the other days. Worst of all was the owner texting me later, with some arrogance and a thousand justifications, without even trying to understand with me (who I am the client) what had happened - mainly because he was not at the time of checkout. Bad experience. We will no longer use this company's service and do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse hotel tem sido um Porto Seguro para minha família e meu cachorro desde 2016. Meu “filho peludo” está hospedado nesse hotel desde que tivemos que sair do País, o Giorgio e toda a equipe cuidam do meu menino desde então como se fosse parte de sua família.
Vivemos tranquilos sabendo que nosso cachorro esta sendo bem cuidado, recebemos atualizações diárias sobre os cuidados e saúde do nosso bichinho, além disso temos fotos e vídeos que nos mostram como ele é saudável e feliz nesse hotel.
This hotel has been a Porto Seguro for my family and my dog since 2016. My “furry son” has been staying at this hotel since we had to leave the country, Giorgio and the whole team have taken care of my boy since then as if he were part of your family.
We live in peace knowing that our dog is being well cared for, we receive daily updates on the care and health of our pet, in addition we have photos and videos that show us how healthy and happy he is in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu cachorro fica hospedado no hotel desde que o adotei 2 anos atrás, sempre que viajo a trabalho ou a lazer, além de ir vários dias por mês para o Day Care. Acredito que a melhor avaliação vem do meu próprio cachorro, quando vejo o carinho e apego que ele tem com todos os funcionários do hotel. É a maior prova da atenção e excelente cuidado que ele recebe sempre que está aí.
Além disso me marcou uma noite de ano novo, 00:30, em que eu estava viajando e preocupado com os fogos, e ao entrar em contato pelo facebook fui informado pelo dono (Giorgio) que ele estava pessoalmente com os cachorros os acalmando e cuidando deles. Nota 10.

O lugar e a tratativa se mostraram adequadas quando buscamos um lugar oara deixar nossos filhos de 4 patas em cuidados de terceiros.
Cozy place, extremely clean and well maintained. I was welcomed by Dr. Giorgio who manages the place, who attended to me and my dog in a very solicitous, patient and attentive way.
The place and the deal proved to be adequate when we looked for a place to leave our four-legged children in third-party care.
