★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência no local não foi tão boa, assim que cheguei no hotel e entrei no quarto faltou energia, nos trocaram para outro quarto e quando fomos deitar na cama ela estava quebrada. O café da manhã tem pouquíssimas variedades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Único hotel em Matriz de Camaragibe, quarto cheio de mofo, cama comprada em móveis usados, TV só 1 canal local e "chuviscando". Café da manhã, básico dos básicos. No estacionamento do hotel, funciona treinamento de baliza para carros e treinamento para motos de uma auto escola, no mesmo prédio. A única coisa q presta é o ar condicionado. Ou seja, pra quem quer pagar uma diária cara, para ter todos esses prazeres, fiquem à vontade!
Only hotel in Matriz de Camaragibe, room full of mold, bed bought in used furniture, TV only 1 local channel and "rain". Breakfast, basic of basics. In the hotel parking lot, there is training for car beacons and training for motorcycles from a bus school, in the same building. The only good thing is the air conditioning. In other words, for those who want to pay an expensive daily rate, to have all these pleasures, feel free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na primeira hospedagem fiquei hospedado em quarto de solteiro, onde tive que aguentar um cheiro desconfortável, ao questionar os trabalhadores do local o cheiro vinha da tubulação de um cano estourado na rua que a prefeitura já estarei providenciando, por não haver outros quartos disponíveis tive que suporta, a outra coisa observada foi o banheiro que a regulação do chuveiro não funcionava corretamente, a outra situação foi que uma das camas do quarto estava quebrada, enfim achando que seria somente isso, veio o café da manhã que diga de passagem deixou a desejar pois não houve uma diversidades de frutas, sucos e vale ressaltar a forma de como esse café e apresentado realmente nota baixa para esse serviço. Passando por toda essa situação passei o ocorrido ao dono do estabelecimento o mesmo ficou de verificar.
Na segunda vez em que fiquei hospedado, para não correr o risco de sofrer com odores e outras situações escolhi dessa vez um quarto de casal onde já vi com outro olhar pois o mesmo já tinha um frigobar que o de solteiro não tinha, o cheiro também já não tinha (ainda bem), a cama já era mais cuidada e a limpeza já está bem melhor do que a primeira vez sem contar a televisão também já era um pouco melhor mas os canais era os de canal aberto sem variedade, a única coisa que realmente faltava nesse quarto era tomada que só tinha uma disponível no quarto inteiro, mas o que continua o mesmo com serviço péssimo e o café da manhã que realmente não fã jus a café de pousada ou hotel, mas em questão de atendimento dos funcionários eles são bem atenciosos e fazem máximo pra ajudar quando se precisa

Going through all this situation I passed what happened to the owner of the establishment, the same was to verify.
The second time I stayed, in order not to run the risk of suffering from odors and other situations, I chose this time a double room where I already saw it with another look because it already had a minibar that the single one didn't have, the smell too I didn't have it anymore (thankfully), the bed was already better taken care of and the cleaning is already much better than the first time, not to mention the television was also a little better but the channels were the open channel with no variety, the only thing what was really missing in this room was a socket that only had one available in the entire room, but what remains the same with terrible service and the breakfast that really doesn't do justice to the coffee in an inn or hotel, but in terms of staff service they They are very attentive and do their best to help when needed.
