★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome staff, very friendly and always available to help in any matter. Delicious continental breakfast! Nice forniture as well.
Downside: during reservation was told that my room should had ocean view, but unfortunately wasn't the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a hotel with good structure and nice staff, as well as with comfort rooms. Still, I don’t know if it really is a 5 star hotel. The playground is small, the swimming pool is very small, and at the room’s bathroom the basin and the shower room flood when used. The worst: the hotel is a spa, but they closed the use of the jacuzzi without any prior notice and, pay attention, without changing prices for the use of the sauna + jacuzzi (it’s a packet they have). So, a part of the spa within a spa hotel could not be used although it was not previously advised to guests (I don’t mean a week, but at the check it would be nice to know that, we visited the spa, we’re told to book it the next day and then it was not working). Guess the other services of the spa were working, but not sauna + jacuzzi). Some can see that as a minor problem, but given the price paid and the high standard of the hotel, I don’t see it as a minor issue. Finally, as you can see in the pictures, there was some rubbish in the hotel.

1.The Room was old, and the smell was not good inside(NEVER 5.Star)
2.SPA you have to book the sauna and bath in the SPA and nobody told us these by the Chek in.Was not possibel to use.
3.Pool was not clean outside
4.The Food was was just bad, we ordered a Clubsandwich, Toast was not Toasted..?
5.Breakfast was OK.
So all together, for this Price I woudent recommend this Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, have to call twice just to get an iron and.. No table for iron, very noisy at morning, they charge you for a double room an extra 50 euros if any one comes to visit you at your room. I had a talk with the manager to explain how a double room can be charged extra for visitor, she don't really care. Not flexible at all. They seems to not understand how a 5 star hotel work!!!
