Réplica: em resposta a minha avaliação o hotel pensa que quero me sentir suoerior ou coisa do tipo e usa de mentira ao dizer qie o hotel estava lotado, MENTIRA havia quarto disponivel sim porem a falta de profissionalismo da Stafanie e pirado cm a q se diz gerente Arlete alugou o outra pessoa enquanto me oassava muito mal dadas informaçoes, se trm uma pessoa interessada nao deveriam ter feito a outro antes de resposta.
Sou muito humilde so que vcs nessa arrogância e por oensar apenas no dinheiro e não ter o minimo de empatia, acabam cm a reputação de vcs.
Se tem uma coisa que não quero em minha vida e me hospedar ai, mesmo oq a avaliação de.vcs no modo geral e ruim basta ler os outros comentarios e avaliações.
Antes de me julgar que quero ser suoerior me conhecam, conhecam minha pessoa, NAO e bonito querer depreciará alguem por conta de um erro de vcs, por ganancia, falta de profissionalismo e empatia passaram o quarto q eu estava reservando p outra pessoa, NAO MINTAM

Obs: tenho aqui a cadeia de emails p provar essa falta de informações, profissionalismo e empatia, e p provar tbm cm os funcionarios mentem ao dizer que não havia mais quartos p fugir da responsabilidade e me diminuir, cm se eu fosse a mentirosa aqui.

Reply: in response to my review the hotel thinks I want to feel sweaty or something and uses a lie when saying that the hotel was full, LIE there was room available yes but Stafanie's lack of professionalism is crazy about the manager Arlete rented the other person while he was roasting him very poorly given information, if an interested person they shouldn't have done it to another before reply.
I'm very humble so that you in this arrogance and for thinking only about money and not having the least empathy, end up with your reputation.
If there's one thing I don't want in my life and that is to stay there, even if the overall rating is bad, just read the other reviews and ratings.
Before you judge me that I want to be superior, get to know me, get to know me, it's NOT nice to want to belittle someone because of your mistake, out of greed, lack of professionalism and empathy, you spent the room I was reserving for someone else, DON'T LIE
WHY ARE YOU UGLY
Note: I have the chain of emails here to prove this lack of information, professionalism and empathy, and to also prove how employees lie by saying that there were no more rooms to escape responsibility and diminish me, if I were the liar here.
