★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência. Estava chovendo muito, o carro era baixo e a estrada estava bem ruim para chegar no hotel. Recebi uma mensagem confirmando minha reserva mas ao chegar fui informado que estava sem energia. Não quis me arriscar a procura de um outro. Passei a noite sem energia. O hotel não está preparado para falta de energia, não tem luzes de segurança, nem gerador. O quarto tinha muito cheiro de mofo. Alguns quartos tinham problema de infiltração. O lugar é maravilhoso mas precisa ser melhor gerenciado. Precisa passar por uma boa reforma. Infelizmente tive que pagar o valor normal da diária. Não sei se me arriscaria em dar uma segunda oportunidade.
 Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. It was raining a lot, the car was low and the road was pretty bad to get to the hotel. I received a message confirming my reservation but when I arrived I was informed that there was no power. I didn't want to risk looking for another one. I spent the night without energy. The hotel is not prepared for a power outage, it does not have security lights or a generator. The room had a very musty smell. Some rooms had a leak problem. The place is wonderful but needs to be better managed. It needs a good renovation. Unfortunately I had to pay the normal daily rate. I don't know if I would risk giving it a second chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior hotel que já fiquei na minha vida, chegamos à noite para pernoitar o banheiro estava todo molhado, as roupas de camas, velhas e sujas, o quarto fedia, tive que limpar o banheiro pra ter condições de uso. Os colchões sujos. Atendimento péssimo, funcionários nada simpáticos, nas fotos era uma coisa chagando lá parecia um filme de terror. Ficamos a noite pois chegamos tarde e o caminho era complicado de voltar e achar outro hotel. Sem contar da crise alérgica que meu filho teve a noite que até agora está com uso de bombinhas. (OBS FICAMOS EM UM QUARTO FAMÍLIA)
PESSSSIMO HOTEL! NÃO RECOMENTO NEM PRA MINHA PIOR INIMIGA.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life, we arrived at night to stay overnight, the bathroom was all wet, the bed linen was old and dirty, the room stank, I had to clean the bathroom to be able to use it. Dirty mattresses. Terrible service, unfriendly staff, in the photos there was something going on there, it looked like a horror movie. We stayed overnight because we arrived late and the way was complicated to go back and find another hotel. Not to mention the allergic crisis that my son had the night that until now is using firecrackers. (NOTE WE STAY IN A FAMILY ROOM)
TERRIBLE HOTEL! I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior hotel que já fiquei. Não sou muito exigente em relação a minha estadia, mas realmente tive uma péssima experiência nesse hotel. Banheiro com vazamento na torneira, tava todo molhado quando chegamos, colcha de cama suja e rasgada, quarto com muita poeira e sujeira, até caixa de remédio tinha. Minha mãe solicitou desinfetante pra limpar o banheiro, pq não havia condições e tava muito tarde pra procurar outro hotel. Não recomendo pra ninguém, além do preço não ser barato pelo que oferece. Café da manhã fraco com poucas opções.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed. I'm not very picky about my stay, but I really had a bad experience at this hotel. Bathroom with leaking faucet, it was all wet when we arrived, bedspread dirty and torn, room with a lot of dust and dirt, even medicine box had. My mother asked for disinfectant to clean the bathroom, because there were no conditions and it was too late to look for another hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone, besides the price is not cheap for what it offers. Poor breakfast with few options.
