Acho importante dar o meu relato para que outros pais que se preocupam com o dia a dia dos filhos não passem pela experiência ruim que tivemos. Logo no início quando meu filho começou a frequentar o hotel infantil não nos foi fornecido nenhuma informação sobre como estava sendo a rotina ou o que ele estava comendo, se limitavam a dizer que foi tudo bem. Por insistência minha começaram a relatar o que ele estava comendo e um pouco mais de detalhes da sua rotina. Mas como mãe, entendo que são informações muito básicas e que é de direito dos pais saber previamente quais alimentos serão fornecidos para a criança e relatar como foi o seu dia, sem que para isso seja necessário pedir ou brigar. Além disso meu filho chegou machucado mais de uma vez e nenhum comunicado foi feito, somente depois que novamente questionei. Assim, não recomendo o local pela falta de transparência e comunicação com os pais, deixam muito a desejar.
I am rating it with two stars because they have always treated my son well, but I can no longer say the same regarding the treatment provided to parents. I think it is important to give my report so that other parents who care about their children's daily lives do not have the bad experience we had. At the very beginning when my son started going to the children's hotel, we were not given any information about how the routine was going or what he was eating, they just said that everything was fine. At my insistence they started to report what he was eating and a little more details about his routine. But as a mother, I understand that it is very basic information and that it is the right of the parents to know in advance what food will be provided for the child and report how their day was, without the need to ask or fight. In addition, my son arrived injured more than once and no communication was made, only after I questioned him again. So, I don't recommend the place because of the lack of transparency and communication with parents, they leave a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho tem 2 anos é cliente do Vila Zizinha dês de dezembro de 2020 e só temos elogios e agradecimentos a todo cuidado e carinho que a Joelma tem com nosso pequeno. Infelizmente ele teve uma péssima experiência em um "famoso hotel infatil" da região onde ele foi mal cuidado e no Vila Zizinha ele se tornou uma criança mais feliz, aprendeu palavras novas , se tornou um menino carinhoso e sociável com as demais crianças. Iremos sentir muita falta do Vila zizinha quando Heitorzinho retornar às aulas porque aqui ele tem a atenção exclusiva que todo pequenininho merece pois eles não trabalham com aquela quantidade absurda de crianças,eles priorizam a qualidade da atenção e cuidado que cada uma terá. São 9 meses de confiança e transparência, todos os dias quando vamos buscar nosso filho a Joelma nos passa o feedback da tarde dele, isso é maravilhoso! Com certeza este é o melhor hotel infatil da região, ele se identificou muito com o ambiente,as crianças são muito educadas de alto nível! Recomendo aos pais exigentes
My son is 2 years old and has been a Vila Zizinha customer since December 2020 and we only have compliments and thanks for all the care and affection that Joelma has with our little one. Unfortunately, he had a bad experience in a "famous children's hotel" in the region where he was poorly cared for and at Vila Zizinha he became a happier child, learned new words, became a loving and sociable boy with other children. We will miss Vila zizinha a lot when Heitorzinho returns to classes because here he has the exclusive attention that every little one deserves because they don't work with that absurd amount of children, they prioritize the quality of attention and care that each one will have. It's 9 months of trust and transparency, every day when we go to pick up our son Joelma gives us his afternoon feedback, that's wonderful! For sure this is the best children's hotel in the region, he identified a lot with the environment, the children are very polite and high level! I recommend to demanding parents
