★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, nos trocaram de quarto 3 vezes não saia água no chuveiro,TV não ligava ,quarto embolorado, cafe horroroso ,proprietária mal educado, arrogante não aceita crítica construtiva .
Terrible, they changed our room 3 times, no water came out in the shower, TV didn't turn on, moldy room, horrible cafe, rude owner, arrogant doesn't accept constructive criticism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarto ruim, com infiltração na parede, chão molhado do ar condicionado; cheiro ruim, como se tivesse sujo, as toalhas que deram estavam úmidas. Quarto todo cheio de cabelo, como se não tivesse limpado depois que o hóspede anterior saiu.
Bad room, with infiltration in the wall, wet floor from the air conditioning; bad smell, as if it was dirty, the towels they gave were damp. Room all full of hair, as if it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel relativamente bom se comparado ao preço. Os quartos entre 300 e 400 são mais novos e melhores. Se precisar de Tv pergunte a recepção por um quarto com um aparelho melhor pois alguns estão em fase de transição. Atendimento Ok, quartos limpos e wi-fi condizente com a região .
Relatively good hotel compared to the price. Rooms between 300 and 400 are newer and better. If you need TV, ask reception for a room with a better device as some are in transition. Service Ok, clean rooms and wi-fi consistent with the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desvantagens: Um dos quartos o teto estava com sinais de infiltração; não tem telefone nos quartos caso vc queira pelo menos falar com a recepção; os cobertores são tipo edredons de qualidade muito baixa; alguns quartos tem frigobar, porém ficam desligados, caso queira água, refrigerante ou outra coisa, tem que ir na recepção buscar.
Vantagens: Se vc pedir delivery de comida, o entregador entrega na porta do seu quarto, nem precisa ir buscar na recepção; o atendimento foi bom; banheiros limpos; café da manhã, básico porém muito saboroso, amei o bolo de banana com canela.
Disadvantages: In one of the rooms the ceiling had signs of infiltration; there are no telephones in the rooms if you want to at least talk to the reception; the blankets are very low quality comforters; some rooms have a fridge, but they are turned off, if you want water, soda or something else, you have to go to the reception to get it.
Advantages: If you order food delivery, the delivery person will deliver it to your room door, you don't even have to go to reception; the service was good; clean bathrooms; breakfast, basic but very tasty, I loved the banana cake with cinnamon.
