★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerente com péssimo atendimento, inflexível, a estadia foi literalmente um horror devido ao barulho, a localização próxima do shopping foi ótima assim saímos um pouco daquele lugar.
Eu não recomendo e não retorno, fechamos a estadia para 3 dias, ficamos apenas metade de 1 diária e mesmo assim não nos foi ressarcido o valor, como disse péssimo atendimento!
 Manager with poor service, inflexible, the stay was literally a horror due to the noise, the location close to the mall was great so we left that place a bit.
I don't recommend and I won't return, we closed the stay for 3 days, we only stayed half of 1 night and even so we were not reimbursed for the amount, as I said, poor service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos quartos , cheirando a mofo ! Recepção fantasma ,limpeza ruim ,o colchão da cama do quarto me senti em um tobogã , enfim to correndo daq e espero nem passar na porta nunca mais .
Bad rooms, smelling musty! Phantom reception, bad cleaning, the mattress of the bed in the room felt like I was on a toboggan, I'm finally running away and I hope I don't even pass the door ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só usei pra dormir e tomar banho, pois fui a trabalho, então me serviu bem. Porém, achei caro a diária pela qualidade das instalações.
I only used it for sleeping and showering, as I went to work, so it served me well. However, I found the daily rate expensive for the quality of the facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel de ótima localização, fácil acesso as praias colado no shopping de vila velha, terraço com piscina e churrasqueira, atendimento de qualidade, café da manhã caso queira por um valor justo, ótimo custo benefício para quem quer um local para passar um final de semana e curtir a cidade!
Hotel in a great location, easy access to the beaches next to the shopping center of Vila Velha, terrace with pool and barbecue, quality service, breakfast if you want it for a fair value, great value for money for those who want a place to spend a weekend and enjoy the city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ar condicionado nao funciona, nao dao assistencia nenhuma, agua escassa para banho, a limpeza deixa a desejar totalmente, nao tem garagem no hotel, roupa de cama nao e boa, para uso da area da piscina voce tem que pagar taxa a parte, ponto positivo, proximidade de shopping e praia, precisam melhorar bastante para receber
Air conditioning doesn't work, they don't provide any assistance, scarce water for bathing, cleaning leaves something to be desired, there is no garage in the hotel, bed linen is not good, for using the pool area you have to pay a separate fee, period positive, proximity to the mall and the beach, they need to improve a lot to receive
