★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel é limpo, os funcionários são prestativas principalmente a Recepcionista Carla o café da manhã é excelente! E o proprietário muito simpático e prestativo, ficamos muito bem hospedados.
The hotel is clean, the staff are helpful especially the receptionist Carla the breakfast is excellent! And the owner was very friendly and helpful, we were very well hosted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz reserva antecipadamente. Porém no check-in descobri que minha reserva tinha sido feito para um single, somos Casal(eu e minha esposa) e filha de 1 ano e 8 meses. Nos colocaram em um quarto com cama de casal(queen), muito pequena para 2 adultos e uma criança. Banheiro minúsculo. Pia vazando muito, enxarcando todo o banheiro. Quarto sem frigobar. Devo voltar com frequência à Cedral. Porém a partir de agora me hospedarei sempre em Rio Preto. Já conhecia o hotel. Porém esta experiência não correrei o risco de repetir.
I booked in advance. However, at check-in I found out that my booking had been made for a single, we are a couple (my wife and I) and a 1 year and 8 month old daughter. They put us in a room with a double bed (queen), very small for 2 adults and a child. Bathroom tiny. Sink leaking a lot, soaking the entire bathroom. Room without fridge. I often return to Cedral. However, from now on, I will always stay in Rio Preto. I already knew the hotel. However, this experience will not be repeated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sábado dia 26/03 as 8:00 da manhã fomos acordados pela camareira abrindo a porta entrou nos assustamos porém aviamos dormido tarde. Nunca passei por este constrangimento.
Saturday 26/03 at 8:00 am we were woken up by the maid opening the door and entered we were scared but we slept late. I have never been through this embarrassment.
