★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente fui constrangido por um funcionário, que bateu á porta durante a noite para reclamar de barulho, de forma nada amigável, e me expondo com afirmações de que ali era um local "de família". Se o barulho saiu das dependências do quarto, seria necessário apenas que avisasse de forma discreta, explicando que o hotel não tem uma estrutura acústica adequada, se a necessidade de me expor e me deixar constrangido.
 Unfortunately I was embarrassed by an employee, who knocked on the door at night to complain about noise, in an unfriendly way, and exposing me with statements that it was a "family place". If the noise left the room, it would only be necessary for me to discreetly warn, explaining that the hotel does not have an adequate acoustic structure, if the need to expose me makes me uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E muito aconchegante ...os funcionários são muito atencioso com a gente que vem de fora ...mas tem uma reclamação do proprietário..não tem nem um pouco de educação..fui expulsa com minhas cachorrinhas por causa de 20 minutos ...eu esperando meu esposo chegar pra vim nos buscar tive que tirar minhas coisa do quarto por que já tinha vencido a diária...e olha q ficamos lá por três dias ..pode isso
It's very cozy...the employees are very attentive to people who come from outside...but there is a complaint from the owner..they don't have any manners..I was kicked out with my dogs for 20 minutes.. .me waiting for my husband to arrive to come get us I had to take my things out of the room because I had already won the daily rate... and look, we stayed there for three days ..can that

The service was special from booking to check-out. Hotel well located, clean, hot shower, wonderful breakfast from the food to the prompt service, and a great price. We had the full support of the receptionist Jhones. Hotel Lobo welcomed us very well and we already want to come back soon!!
