Várias pessoas da cidade me desencorajaram a ir para hotel alegando "N" problemas. Uma mulher desconhecida, após perguntar sobre o hotel deu até o telefone dela para dormir na casa dela, pois o hotel era péssimo demais.
Mas não tínhamos outra opção senão encarar o hotel.
Chegamos.... achei o valor razoável.... Ponto pro Hotel...
O quarto muito simples, porém, tudo muito limpo. Ar condicionado, chuveiro e frigobar novos, TV de led 24", Cama de casal REALMENTE MENOR DO QUE ESTAMOS ACOSTUMADOS HOJE. CORTINA DO BANHEIRO PLASTICO, aquelas que colam na gente rs...
Café da manhã muito bom... tinha uma variedade básica, muito mais que teria quando eu acordo em minha casa. Rs....
Agora vamos aos fatos: Taxa mais caro que o IBIS e padrão menor. Se Santa Rosa fosse uma cidade que valesse a pena, o IBIS estaria lá com certeza!
Café da manha básico: Este hotel não é uma estância turística, é para viajantes, pessoas que trabalham na cidade e visitam familiares pernoitarem...
O preço não é dos mais baixos, o serviço não é o mais top... mas se pensar no fluxo reduzido que o hotel recebe de pessoas, pela o serviço oferecido, é preciso cobrar mais das pessoas senão a conta não fecha!
ENTÃO EU ACHO QUE TA OK.... RECOMENDO!

Several people in the city discouraged me from going to the hotel, claiming "N" problems. An unknown woman, after asking about the hotel, even gave her phone number to sleep at her house, because the hotel was too bad.
But we had no option but to face the hotel.
We arrived .... I found the value reasonable .... Ponto pro Hotel ...
The room very simple, however, everything very clean. Air conditioning, new shower and minibar, 24 "LED TV, Double bed REALLY LESS THAN WE ARE USED TODAY. PLASTIC BATHROOM CURTAIN, those that stick to us lol ...
Very good breakfast ... it had a basic variety, much more than I would have when I wake up at my house. LOL....
Now for the facts: Rate more expensive than IBIS and lower standard. If Santa Rosa were a worthwhile city, IBIS would be there for sure!
Basic breakfast: This hotel is not a tourist resort, it is for travelers, people who work in the city and visit family staying overnight ...
The price is not the lowest, the service is not the best ... but if you think about the reduced flow that the hotel receives from people, due to the service offered, you need to charge more people or the account will not close!
THEN I THINK IT'S OK .... I RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel simples, sinal do wi-fi é fraco, deveria ter repetidor de sinal, café da manhã é bem controlado para evitar desperdício, a recepção é bem apresentável, estacionamento na frente do hotel totalmente descoberto, por ser o único hotel da cidade o preço é um pouco alto pelo que o hotel oferece.
Simple hotel, wi-fi signal is weak, there should be a signal repeater, breakfast is well controlled to avoid waste, the reception is very presentable, parking in front of the hotel fully uncovered, as it is the only hotel in town the price it is a little high for what the hotel offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários atenciosos e gente fina... quarto normal, limpinho, com frigobar, mesa para trabalhar, ar condicionado, ventilador e TV led 24... Internet funcionando adequadamente... melhoraria apenas a iluminação (trabalhar/estudar a noite não dá) e a TV poderia ser um pouco maior mas já é apenas chatice minha mesmo...
Attentive staff and nice people... regular room, clean, with minibar, desk for working, air conditioning, fan and 24 led TV... Internet working properly... it would only improve the lighting (working/studying at night is not possible) and the TV could be a little bigger but it's just boring myself...
