★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que venho a trabalho, no sul do Piauí me hospedo nesse hotel e sempre fico muito satisfeito com o atendimento e qualidade dos funcionários. É bem aconchegante, ambiente tranquilo e de qualidade e tem uma refeição muito boa, sem falar no café da manhã que é excelente.
 Whenever I come for work, in the south of Piauí, I stay at this hotel and I am always very satisfied with the service and quality of the employees. It is very cozy, quiet and quality environment and has a very good meal, not to mention the excellent breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou escrevendo essa mensagem as 03:00h da madrugada, me colocaram em um quarto em que não havia telhado acima do forro, começou chover e tive que sair às pressas do quarto as 2:50h da madrugada, fui a recepção e não havia ninguém, nem dono e nem funcionário, tentei ligar no número que aparece no Google, e ninguém atende, duas mulheres da minha equipe ficaram em um quarto duplo com ar condicionado, o qual não gela de forma alguma, também tentaram entrar em contato e não foram atendidas, total descaso com o cliente, falta de empatia, não recomendo a ninguém, péssimo atendimento, de longe e de perto o pior hotel que já fiquei!!!
I'm writing this message at 03:00 in the morning, they put me in a room where there was no roof above the ceiling, it started to rain and I had to leave the room in a hurry at 2:50 in the morning, I went to the reception and there was no one, neither owner nor employee, I tried to call the number that appears on Google, and no one answers, two women from my team stayed in a double room with air conditioning, which does not freeze at all, they also tried to get in touch and were not answered , total disregard for the customer, lack of empathy, I don't recommend it to anyone, terrible service, by far and away the worst hotel I've ever stayed!!!
