1. Preço não compatível com o serviço oferecido;
2. Recepção não tem tato para lidar com o público; 3. Quarto ATÉ que é bonzinho, mas a mobília deixa a desejar ( velho, quebrado, etc.)
4. Área do café da manhã é externa e sem cobertura para o acesso .( Se chover, o hóspede se molha, pois o hotel não disponibiliza sombrinha)
5. Não existe comunicação telefónica do quarto para a recepção, etc.
6. Cama e travesseiros desconfortáveis.
7. ...
A ÚNICA vantagem é que é pertinho da praia.

1. Price not compatible with the service offered;
2. Reception has no tact when dealing with the public; 3. Room UNTIL it is nice, but the furniture is poor (old, broken, etc.)
4. Breakfast area is external and without cover for access. (If it rains, the guest gets wet, as the hotel does not have an umbrella)
5. There is no telephone communication from the room to the reception, etc.
6. Uncomfortable bed and pillows.

The ONLY advantage is that it is close to the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da recepcionista a gerência, ninguém utilizando mascaras (apenas colocam quando cliente chega e nem sempre), sofri um acidente ao fechar um janela e mesma quebrou e me cortou e o hotel apenas preocupou em me cobrar (momento algum recebi apoio para estancar meu ferimento e ou orientação de onde procurar, e ainda me cobraram 150 reais pelo acidente que ao meu ver faltou manutenção de onde a janela corre) nesse mesmo período uma criança ficou presa no banheiro do quarto 204 ou 205 (a sra que acompanhava os menores se indignou pela forma como foi tratada e me disse que nunca mais volta). Não indico nem de graça.
Poor service from the receptionist to the management, no one wearing masks (they only put it on when the customer arrives and not always), I had an accident when closing a window and even broke and cut me and the hotel just worried about charging me (at any time I received support to stop my injury and or guidance on where to look, and they even charged me 150 reais for the accident that, in my view, lacked maintenance of where the window runs) in that same period a child was trapped in the bathroom of room 204 or 205 (the lady who accompanied the minors was outraged by the way she was treated and told me she will never come back). I don't even give it away for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel é razoável, modesto de mais para o nível da Praia do Atalaia.
Precisa de uma repaginada, melhorar os quartos e o café da manhã.
O atendimento é bom, fomos recebidos pelo funcionário Felipe que foi muito atencioso mas limitado pelas condições do hotel.
The hotel is reasonable, too modest for the level of Praia do Atalaia.
It needs a makeover, to improve the rooms and the breakfast.
The service is good, we were welcomed by the employee Felipe who was very attentive but limited by the conditions of the hotel.

Aconteceu as seguintes situações:
1° na recepção o atendendo não deixou a gente entrar no quarto (eu e uma bebê de 1 ano) sendo que ele já estava efetuando pagamento.
2° situação: chuveiro é ducha não tem água quente, não me avisaram nada na recepção eu fui banhar minha bebê não tinha condições banhar ela na água fria tava geladaaaa estava de noite e tarde quando chegamos.
3° eu fui reclamar com o atendente sobre o chuveiro ele me ignorou falando que todos os quartos eram assim e nem propôs me ajudar, aí eu fui vê de noite com outro rapaz ele me ajeitou um quarto com chuveiro de água quente e me salvou grata porque quem tem bebê sabe o quão difícil é.
3°Wi-Fi não funciona de jeito nenhum e não faz nem questão de ajudar a gente, eu precisei pra assistir aula e trabalhar nessa pandemia está sendo tudo on-line.
4° café da manhã bem simples
5°não tem toalha que pode trazer pra praia (sendo que é um hotel a beira mar) kkk cada coisa gente
6° não fez reserva de apenas 1 diária
My experience
The following situations occurred:
1st at the reception, the attendant did not let us enter the room (me and a 1 year old baby) as he was already making payment.
2nd situation: shower is shower no hot water, they didn't tell me anything at reception I went to bathe my baby was not able to bathe her in the cold water it was cold at night and in the afternoon when we arrived.
3rd I went to complain to the attendant about the shower, he ignored me saying that all the rooms were like that and didn't even propose to help me, then I went to see another guy at night, he fixed me a room with a hot shower and saved me gratefully because anyone with a baby knows how difficult it is.
3°Wi-Fi doesn't work at all and doesn't even bother to help us, I needed to attend class and work on this pandemic is being all online.
4th very simple breakfast
5° there's no towel you can bring to the beach (since it's a hotel by the sea) hahaha, everyone
6th did not book just 1 night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo custo benefício é bom. Próximo a praia e restaurante. O café é meia boca. O quarto que fiquei não tinha janelas.... tinha vitror. Mas não era só onde eu fiquei.... eram todos da lateral do prédio.
For the cost-benefit it's good. Close to beach and restaurant. The coffee is half mouthful. The room I stayed in had no windows... it had a glass. But that wasn't just where I stayed... it was all on the side of the building.

Funcionários atenciosos.
Vale muito a pena.

Rooms with air conditioning, TV, minibar, internal bathroom, garage, swimming pool, coffee included, close to the beach, affordable price.
The only thing missing was an electric shower.
Attentive staff.
It's so worth it.
