It would be 5 for the friendliness of the owner and the service, but .. taking into account the criterion of accommodation the note is excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que venho a Matipó me hospedo neste hotel, simples e funcional, café da manhã farto e com broa de milho e leite de vaca da roça,queijo caseiro.
Whenever I come to Matipó I stay at this hotel, simple and functional, hearty breakfast with corn bread and cow's milk from the country, homemade cheese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, não responde os clientes, não tem telefone fixo e não atende os celulares, deixam o hotel sozinho sem ninguém pra atender e nos deixa horas esperando.
Terrible, they don't answer the customers, they don't have a landline and they don't answer the cell phones, they leave the hotel alone with no one to answer and leave us waiting for hours.
