★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um hotel bom, só que as camas podem melhorar, e o café da manhã já pode voltar fui em outros hotéis onde o café da manhã já está sendo servido mas nesse hotel ainda não está, eles tem bolos incríveis o serviço é bom, mas as camas não são confortáveis, tem uma localidade boa e um hotel agradável, mas não luxuoso, não fique no primeiro andar, o recepcionista a noite deixa a tv muito alta, e de manhã as pessoas passam para tomar café e fazem barulho, opte pelo segundo ou os mais andares acima
It is a good hotel, but the beds can improve, and breakfast can come back I went to other hotels where breakfast is already being served but this hotel is not yet, they have amazing cakes the service is good, but the beds are not comfortable, there is a good location and a nice hotel, but not luxurious, do not stay on the first floor, the receptionist at night leaves the TV very loud, and in the morning people stop by for coffee and make noise, opt for second or more floors above

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em minha breve estadia no lugar pude me deparar com uma equipe especializada e treinada para atender as nescecidades dos hóspedes, os dois rapazes da portaria ( o que estava da plantão logo que eu me hospedei e o que estava da plantão na hora em que eu saí me trataram muito bem e me atenderam em todas as minhas solicitações, quanto ao café da manhã eu não posso opinar pois saí antes que fosse servido,achei o colchão limpo e novo, as roupas de cama bem higienizadas,o armário deixou à desejar pois estava com um cheiro muito forte!!! Banheiro da suíte que eu me hospedei impecável.
Na minha opinião particular o principal posto negativo foi o fato da gerente/proprietária,não ter concedido um desconto adicional por eu ter feito o meu pagamento à vista em dinheiro e de forma antecipada, o rapaz da recepção no máximo CONSEGUIU FAZER por R$100,00(cem reais), mesmo eu argumentando que iria dar entrada as 18:30(seis e trinta da tarde) e possivelmente iria sair ANTES do café da manhã!!!!!! Ele argumentou que a gerente não aceita pernoite, somente diária cheia!!!!!!!!!!
In my brief stay in the place I was able to find a specialized and trained team to attend the needs of the guests, the two boys at the concierge (what was on duty as soon as I stayed and what was on duty at the time I left they treated me very well and attended to all my requests, as for breakfast I can't give an opinion as I left before it was served, I found the mattress clean and new, the bed linen well sanitized, the closet was lacking as it was with a very strong smell !!! The bathroom of the suite I stayed in was impeccable.
In my particular opinion, the main negative point was the fact that the manager/owner did not give an additional discount because I made my cash payment in advance, the reception guy DID make it at most for R$100, 00 (one hundred reais), even though I argued that I would check in at 6:30 pm (six thirty in the afternoon) and possibly leave BEFORE breakfast !!!!!! He argued that the manager does not accept an overnight stay, only full night !!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que vou em Belém hospedamos no Hotel Paraíso. Quero agradecer a proprietária e a equipe que trabalham com ela pelo excelente trabalho. As estrela pelo atendimento, pela segurança, e higiene. Hotel tamanho médio mas bem aconchegante.
Whenever I go to Belém, we stay at the Hotel Paraíso. I want to thank the owner and the team who work with her for the excellent work. Stars for service, safety, and hygiene. Medium size hotel but very cozy.
