★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diz que é atendimento 24h, mas 2 vezes no mesmo ano em que precisei com urgência, o telefone só dá caixa postal e o consultório trancado e ninguém te atende.
Péssimo, utilizam a propaganda 24h, mas não tem nenhum, absolutamente nenhum compromisso com o que se anuncia.
It says it is a 24 hour service, but twice in the same year I needed it urgently, the phone only gives voice mail and the office is locked and no one answers you.
Terribly, they use advertising 24 hours a day, but they have no, absolutely no commitment to what is advertised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitamos o serviço de hotel para nossos cães e tivemos o pior atendimento que poderíamos pensar. Sequer chegamos a deixar os cães lá pq tentaram vender vacinas adicionais mesmo com nossas cachorras já vacinadas. Alegaram que o Dr. não aceita e não gosta de vacinas públicas aplicadas em campanhas pela prefeitura! Postei o caso em meu facebook e achei que foi uma infelicidade procurarmos o serviço deles.
We requested hotel service for our dogs and got the worst service we could think of. We didn't even leave the dogs there because they tried to sell additional vaccines even with our dogs already vaccinated. They claimed that Dr. does not accept and does not like public vaccines applied in campaigns by the city hall! I posted the case on my facebook and thought it was unfortunate that we sought their service.
