★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a good organized environment, but the only downside about its event infrastructure are, the bathrooms on the event área don't have a toilet seat protective disposable cover, the event room don't have an ambient ac, the elevators are very dark and small, and the event room doesn't have an emergency exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hotel, staff are kind and helpful offering great service. Bedrooms are spacious clean and peaceful at night. The beds are comfy and the ensuite has everything you need including the best shower I have ever used. The breakfast is great offering cooked and continental alternitives as well as fruit and cake.

The room was nice and clean. However the toilet could not flush paper.
You could get a big dinner buffert for a good price.
Good breakfast.
There was a gym, table tennis, football-game and pool-table.
About one hour from GRU airport and far from the center, but it had a smaller local center and a shopping mall close by.
