★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente muito agradável e tranquilo, o melhor é o quadro de funcionários todos muito prestativos e atenciosos!
O café da manhã é na medida certa, o quarto em que ficamos estava limpo e organizado, a única coisa incomoda é a tv por ser de tubo e apenas ter 4 canais abertos, o Wi-Fi é bom e foi muito útil durante a nossa estadia.
Para quem procura custo-benefício esse é sem dúvidas a melhor opção.

The breakfast is just right, the room we stayed in was clean and organized, the only thing bothering is the tube TV and it only has 4 open channels, the Wi-Fi is good and it was very useful during our stay. stay.

Os quartos bem limpos, roupas de cama e banho impecáveis, sem contar o café da manhã que é ótimo, e o atendimento da Ana Paula e da Graziele simpáticas e muito prestativas
We were very well received by Mr Renê who is very polite and helpful.
The rooms are very clean, bedding and towels are impeccable, not to mention the breakfast, which is great, and the service provided by Ana Paula and Graziele, friendly and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar simples, limpo, muito bom. Os anfitriões Sr. Ariel e Dona Joana são de uma simpatia fantástica. Os demais funcionários também super atenciosos. Faltam tomadas para 3 pinos nos quartos, não consegui utilizar o notebook (ESSA FOI A PRIMEIRO A VISITA). Na segunda, fiquei 5 dias para o réveillon (o que não foi barato), o Hotel estava com lotação máxima, aí começaram os problemas, principalmente a falta dágua nos chuveiros. Você passa o dia na praia, chega no hotel para uma ducha quente e surpresa, não tem água no chuveiro. Que situação desagradável. Dessa vez, trouxe o notebook com um adaptador para tomada e um Chromecast para tentar assistir um filme na TV, porém o sinal de wi fi é tão fraco que nem conecta a internet, aliás, acho que pelo fato de estar cheio, não deu para usar nem mesmo no celular....tive que usar meus dados móveis.
Simple, clean, very nice place. The hosts Mr. Ariel and Dona Joana are fantastically friendly. The other staff were also super attentive. There are no 3-pin sockets in the rooms, I couldn't use the notebook (THIS WAS THE FIRST VISIT). On Monday, I stayed for 5 days for New Year's Eve (which wasn't cheap), the Hotel was fully booked, then the problems started, mainly the lack of water in the showers. You spend the day at the beach, arrive at the hotel for a hot shower and surprise, there is no water in the shower. What an unpleasant situation. This time, I brought the notebook with a plug adapter and a Chromecast to try to watch a movie on TV, but the wifi signal is so weak that it doesn't even connect to the internet, in fact, I think that because it was full, I couldn't not even on my cell phone....I had to use my mobile data.

Só precisa melhorar o sinal do wi fi . Como ficamos no quarto de cima, o sinal era bem fraco. E o chuveiro um pouco difícil para ligar. Mas do resto mto bom. Recomendo
Very nice place. Well educated and helpful staff. Mainly Guilherme and Marcia. I forgot a belonging in the room, I contacted them they were very attentive, helpful. Sent me in the mail.
Just need to improve the wifi signal. As we stayed in the upstairs room, the signal was very weak. And the shower a little difficult to turn on. But the rest is very good. I recommend

O armário do quarto estava caindo, a porta do banheiro estava se desmanchando, a piscina ficou dois dias inutilizável, estava com a água verde, o banheiro da piscina estava sujo, funcionários com cara feia o tempo todo.
Num dado momento, um funcionário, com cara de poucos amigos, ainda disse a minha sogra que deveríamos sair do quarto as 12h. Quando fizemos o check out, nem perguntaram se gostamos da estadia. Péssimo!!
A impressão que nos passa é que o hotel esta um pouco "largado", o que é uma pena.
Sei que pode não ter importância para o hotel, mas não volto mais lá e não indico a ninguém também.
Really like this hotel, but my last stay there was not so pleasant. The bedroom closet was falling, the bathroom door was falling apart, the pool was unusable two days, was green water, the bathroom the pool was dirty, staff with ugly face all the time.
At one point, an official with the face of few friends even told my mother that we should leave the room 12h. When we checked out, or they asked if we liked the stay. Terrible!!
The impression that goes on is that the hotel is a bit "dropped", which is a shame.
I know it may not matter to the hotel, but not going back there anymore and does not indicate to anyone as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local com boa estrutura, bem ventilado, aparentemente recém reformado e ótima Piscina. No dia do check-in tive problema com o quarto, que foi prontamente resolvido pelo atendente, que até mostrou vários quartos para eu poder escolher, mas infelizmente essa foi a única parte positiva da hospedagem.
A infraestrutura do local deixa a desejar: chuveiros a gás aparentemente desregulados (hora a água está muito quente, hora fria, não há como conseguir temperatura agradável; tenho chuveiro a gás em minha casa e sei como manusear esse equipamento), móveis antigos e edredons velhos com cheiro de mofo.
Serviço oferecido está muito aquém de outros hoteis com valor semelhante na região: café da manhã com poucas opções e sem reposição (um dia acabou o pão francês), não há rechaud para ovos mexidos e salsicha) e bebidas sem gelo (você precisa pedir gelo para o atendente).
Um dia faltou água mineral para venda (não há bebedouros no hotel), e quando perguntei ao atendente qual era a previsão de reposição a resposta foi simplesmente "ah não sei se chegará hoje".
Ressalto que pela estrutura esse local tinha tudo para ser um ótimo hotel, mas a infraestrutura e atendimento deixam muito a desejar; a sensação é que esse hotel parou no tempo.
Por isso procurem outras opções de hospedagem na região, para não terem descontentamentos em sua estadia.
Place with good structure, well ventilated, apparently recently renovated and great pool. On the day of check-in I had a problem with the room, which was promptly resolved by the attendant, who even showed me several rooms for me to choose, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of the stay.
The infrastructure of the place leaves something to be desired: gas showers that are apparently unregulated (water is very hot at times, cold at times, there is no way to get a pleasant temperature; I have a gas shower in my house and I know how to handle this equipment), old furniture and comforters musty-smelling old ones.
The service offered is far below that of other hotels with similar value in the region: breakfast with few options and without replacement (one day the French bread ran out), there is no rechaud for scrambled eggs and sausage) and drinks without ice (you need to ask for ice to the attendant).
One day there was no mineral water for sale (there are no drinking fountains in the hotel), and when I asked the attendant what the replacement was, the answer was simply "oh I don't know if it will arrive today".
I emphasize that, due to the structure, this place had everything to be a great hotel, but the infrastructure and service leave a lot to be desired; the feeling is that this hotel has stopped in time.
So look for other accommodation options in the region, so you don't have discontent during your stay.
