★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente localização no alto de Lençóis. Bom equipamentos, muito arborizado. Quarto com conservação apenas razoável 6 (tomadas não funcionam, antigas de 2 pontos (sem neutro), secador inoperante), banheiro sujo). Filé parmegiana 6.
 Excellent location at the top of Lençóis. Good equipment, very wooded. Room with only reasonable conservation 6 (sockets don't work, old 2 points (no neutral), inoperative hairdryer), dirty bathroom). Filet Parmigiana 6.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel muito bonito, piscina maravilhosa, bem localizada, a vegetação do lugar é muito linda, o café maravilhoso, adorei os drinks. O serviço de quarto é excelente, os recepcionistas são bem simpáticos.
Very beautiful hotel, wonderful pool, well located, the vegetation of the place is very beautiful, the coffee wonderful, I loved the drinks. The room service is excellent, the receptionists are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência excelente, ótimo staff, ótimas acomodações e piscina, sem falar da área externa. Jantar excelente, muito bem servido e café da manhã super completo. O parquinho das crianças pode melhorar, está abandonado demais.
Great experience, very good customer service, pretty good accommodations and a huge pool. I had a great dinner it was amazing, you won't regret if you try. Breakfast is also great, they got everything you supposed to try if you're not from Brazil. They also have a playground for kids, but it could be better though, it's too old.
Excellent experience, great staff, great accommodations and pool, not to mention the outdoor area. Excellent dinner, very well served and super complete breakfast. The children's playground could improve, it is too abandoned.

Great structure, if you don't want to leave the hotel, you have everything, from a great restaurant to the gym and sauna, swimming pool with bar and a beautiful view of the valley all around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel com muita área verde, salão de jogos, piscina com visual incrível. Quarto amplo, cama bem confortável. Senti falta de canais infantis na TV (não é Smart). Recomendo jantar no restaurante, tudo delicioso. Café da manhã é um plus, com variedade, tapioca feita na hora. Tem estacionamento e transfer a cada 30min para o centro de lençóis de noite.
Hotel with lots of green area, games room, swimming pool with incredible views. Large room, very comfortable bed. I missed children's channels on TV (it's not Smart). I recommend having dinner at the restaurant, everything is delicious. Breakfast is a plus, with variety, tapioca made to order. It has parking and transfer every 30min to the night linen center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hospedagem é muito boa. Quarto confortável, não sei se todos mas em todas as oportunidades que tive os quartos pareciam ter sido recém reformados. Excelente banho, café da manhã diferenciado e o atendimento de toda a equipe é muito bom. O restaurante é muito bom... salgado no preço mas ok para um bom hitel... com alguma regularidade eles fazem um festival de massas... excelente. Vale muito à pena. A piscina é grande, tem serviço de bar no espaço... dispõe de salão de jogos, academia e espaço zen, para quem aprecia. Recomendo.
The hosting is very good. Comfortable room, I don't know if all of them but in every opportunity I've had the rooms looked like they had been recently renovated. Excellent bath, differentiated breakfast and the service of the entire staff is very good. The restaurant is very good... pricey but ok for a good hitel... with some regularity they do a pasta festival... excellent. It's so worth it. The swimming pool is large, there is a bar service in the space... it has a games room, gym and zen space, for those who appreciate it. I recommend.

A equipe de atendimento, principalmente, do restaurante, café da manhã e serviços de quarto, são excelentes, mto agradáveis e prestativos.
Piscina mto boa! Café da manhã excelente!!!

Pontos negativos, apenas, a chuva q pegamos enquanto estivemos por lá, q nos forçou a ficar mais tempo no quarto do q aproveitando o hotel e a cidade; e o quarto, q poderia ser mais bem cuidado! Gostamos mto da cama, mas não gostamos da TV (pequena e com poucos canais... pra quem viaja com criança, como foi nosso caso, é um pouco ruim), não gostamos do chuveiro (estava com os jatos mto espalhados e fracos, esquentava pouco) e da limpeza do banheiro (tinham duas baratinhas mortas, na noite q chegamos ?).
Mas, é um local em q vale mto à pena passar um pequena estadia!
Hotel Portal Lençóis is an excellent place to spend a few days while visiting Chapada Diamantina, in Bahia!

Only downsides are the rain that we got while we were there, which forced us to stay longer in the room than enjoying the hotel and the city; and the room, which could be better taken care of! We really liked the bed, but we didn't like the TV (small and with few channels... for those traveling with children, as was our case, it's a little bad), we didn't like the shower (the jets were very scattered and weak, it didn't get hot) and cleaning the bathroom (there were two dead cockroaches the night we arrived ?).
But, it's a place where it's worth spending a little stay!
